When I took my 4Runner in after it wouldn't start, I signaled to them that…read morethe problem is likely the battery, the alternator, or both, as this is what AAA had said when they towed it. Well, they only replaced the battery, and the car died an hour after pick-up. Turns out, it needed a new alternator, despite my confirming prior to pick-up that it didn't. Instead, I was told that the old one passed their tests and that it was ready to be taken back early. I can already hear the reply to this review saying, "we said it needed more tests before you take it." This is a flat-out lie. I was told it needed new rear brakes, not more alternator tests. I'm not even going to get started on the fact that they replaced the wrong brakes and still charged us for it. Overall, service is very overpriced and very dishonest.
