All I needed was a sink, faucet, and disposal replaced. Initially I was told it would only take about 1 or 1 1/2 days and they had someone to do it. I received a bill the next day (which I paid) but it was not actually half of what was quoted, it was less. Hmmm. That's where it all started. I had to constantly call them to see when they would put me on their schedule. I got many reasons why they couldn't get to me. Finally they sent a new project manager to me and he took photos and told me the job was no problem. I asked him to send me at least two options for a new sink and faucet. But all I got was one for each. A week later, I still don't know when they would start work. Then I was told that I would have to order the disposal myself and that they would install it for free! What? This was because the guy who billed me did not include the disposal in my invoice. Weeks later, the contractor team finally came to install the sink and faucet; one did not speak English and the other could barely speak English. They removed the old sink/faucet and started to install the new ones. They told me there was a problem. What? There was not a hose for the faucet sprayer. So, I gave them the address to the local hardware store and they were gone for 2 hours. Then the project manager called to say he would have to special order the hose. When the contractor came back to put the faucet in, they told me they had good news, they found the hose! It was with the sink parts. Great! They installed the faucet and sprayer (although it was installed crooked). Then they attached the disposal to the sink before dry fitting it. So once they tried to put the sink in, they told me it was 1 inch too small. I told them to take it back and order another one. But since they had already attached the disposal it could not be returned. But they said they could "make it work." Once completed, the guy told me that it "looked okay to him." But it was not to my liking. There were gaps that were not addressed and they didn't paint the trim. So the project manager came back to work on it further himself (which he said was something they didn't like for him to do). It was better, but even so, my husband will still have to fill in spaces on each side where the silicone shrank. Then... they continued to contact me for the final payment. Seems you pay them and they take their time doing the job. But you don't pay them immediately and they get in your face. Oh well. Finally after 9 WEEKS, I have a new sink installed. read more

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHRIS PEREZ AND PREMIER CONTRACTING SOLUTIONS! I am livid! Chris Perez first came in contact with me via phone in February 2022. My brother was assassinated in Little Rock, AR - December 13, 2021. My family didn't have a Christmas; instead we had a funeral. This is why I am writing the review on how Chris Perez and how he preyed on my sympathy; this man exploited, victimized, or took advantage of me and my 89 year old mother. He took $18,000 cash. A year and 1/2 later, he still has not began our project. He took our money in 2022, he never laid any foundation to begin the project. He was to build a modular home, just 5 blocks from where my brother was murdered on the lot where we grew up. This dude charged me another $650 for a survey for the land that is useless to us - there is no house. This guy, Mr. Chris Perez never poured concrete or anything for the project. He literally just took my money. Fast forward, the year 2023 - I requested a refund for the money that was taken and the lies that were told and he said I would get my money back, but he stated he had to pay me on terms; I agreed. This started out rocky. He stated I would receive a bank wire, which the world knows is immediately. This was told to me on the 13th of February 2023 - this guy lied to me and said he sent the wire, it wasn't received until February 24, 2023. Each month since then, the payment has to be tracked down. I drove to Sherwood in March and it was late and dangerous to say the least, it was left in the mailbox which his location is at the dead end of the street and it was dark and scary. In April he said he would send it via the bank wire, but iit never happened. He never paid at all. Finally, we got a payment in May on the 2nd and my sister had to track him down. He was rude to my Personal Assistant who tried to meet him for a payment and he had the audacity to text me and state he didn't want all of my family and staff calling him for payment. If he didn't hide and lie, this wouldn't have happened. I am outraged to know this guy, Chris Perez preyed on me while I was grieving. He took my money, he never offered a payment plan to build my dream home. He told me lies for an entire year why the home wasn't build. He even said he ordered the containers, I asked to come see them, because my family was so excited - then he said, they are not here in Sherwood; yet he showed me the pictures as if he had them on his lot. I want the entire world to know this company is scandalous and very dishonest. When I went to his office, my name wasn't even on the board to build the project; yet he told me I was next in line and they would begin in June 2022 and be completed in 3 months. This is terrible business and I haven't received another payment from this man. He still owes me $11,720.45. He blamed his bank for not getting my money to me, and now he states they have his account restricted. So many lies and dishonesty. Chris Perez is brutally dishonested and has taken advantage of me and my mother, after the death of my brother. He has stolen our dream and our money. Run from this company, their leader is registered to legally scam people. I want the AR Democrat Gazette to put this company on blast for what they are doing to senior citizens and those who mourn.
