That is not good because in the contract it states "anything not written will be considered immaterial". I have messages and documents if anyone wants the information. Yes they are kind,, but are scam artists trying to manipulate homeowners into a "everyday scrappy shingle" and only give a two year warranty. Please stay away from this company. I have all the documents to prove my case regardless of what the company may choose to rebute. Please please stay away from Brian and Crystal.

After checking on Yelp for a professional group, I received a few calls regarding my need. I wasn't able to use the first contact and initially thought I was not going to be able to use the second company, but boy am I extremely happy I did. Mr. Santos was "Johnny on the spot". He was very professional via our text messages and answered all of my questions. He was also the first of two or three respondents who actually came to the location to give me a free quote. And he actually came the day we text. After carefully weighing my options, I chose Santos. He and his crew all arrived prior to the scheduled time of around 8am. He speaks Spanish and English, while his crew spoke Spanish. They had all of their equipment setup and had started cutting the tree limbs before I left for work. My husband is retired, so he was home to observe. They did not stop for a break until after 1:00pm for lunch and to dispose of the tree parts already loaded on their trailer. When I arrived home from work (between 330-345pm) the tree was no longer standing and they were cutting the last of the trunk in sections in order to load it for disposal. They even moved a couple of pieces of the trunk to our carport to use for a project. My husband and I were extremely happy with the work and were very appreciative of the service that was provided by Santos' Hauling and Demolition. All I needed was a sink, faucet, and disposal replaced. Initially I was told it would only take…read moreabout 1 or 1 1/2 days and they had someone to do it. I received a bill the next day (which I paid) but it was not actually half of what was quoted, it was less. Hmmm. That's where it all started. I had to constantly call them to see when they would put me on their schedule. I got many reasons why they couldn't get to me. Finally they sent a new project manager to me and he took photos and told me the job was no problem. I asked him to send me at least two options for a new sink and faucet. But all I got was one for each. A week later, I still don't know when they would start work. Then I was told that I would have to order the disposal myself and that they would install it for free! What? This was because the guy who billed me did not include the disposal in my invoice. Weeks later, the contractor team finally came to install the sink and faucet; one did not speak English and the other could barely speak English. They removed the old sink/faucet and started to install the new ones. They told me there was a problem. What? There was not a hose for the faucet sprayer. So, I gave them the address to the local hardware store and they were gone for 2 hours. Then the project manager called to say he would have to special order the hose. When the contractor came back to put the faucet in, they told me they had good news, they found the hose! It was with the sink parts. Great! They installed the faucet and sprayer (although it was installed crooked). Then they attached the disposal to the sink before dry fitting it. So once they tried to put the sink in, they told me it was 1 inch too small. I told them to take it back and order another one. But since they had already attached the disposal it could not be returned. But they said they could "make it work." Once completed, the guy told me that it "looked okay to him." But it was not to my liking. There were gaps that were not addressed and they didn't paint the trim. So the project manager came back to work on it further himself (which he said was something they didn't like for him to do). It was better, but even so, my husband will still have to fill in spaces on each side where the silicone shrank. Then... they continued to contact me for the final payment. Seems you pay them and they take their time doing the job. But you don't pay them immediately and they get in your face. Oh well. Finally after 9 WEEKS, I have a new sink installed.

Finally Insurance approved and they were able to get our roof installed. We have 4 structures on our home and they had it ripped off and installed new all in one day. We couldn't believe it. The owner is highly involved in the community and I really appreciate their hard work and service when dealing with complicated insurance issues. Will always continue to use them and recommend them. We chose the black architectural shingles. They look SO good.
