It's been about a year and we love it! Still looks great. They were efficient and professional. Very easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. When we told them about the issue, they said they would fix it. They sent the carpet layer back with NO supplies to repaint the base. We had to provide all of the supplies: paint brush, paint, floor covering, etc. As a person in the construction industry, I know how long it should have taken to repaint the baseboards. He was there for approximately an hour. When we came back to inspect the work, it looked as if the person used his fingers to fill the damaged areas, instead of painting the entire board. We called to complain. They sent the same man back to try again. He did the same thing again, but this time he left hand prints on our freshly painted walls. We called his boss to explain the issue AGAIN. We had to bring in and pay an actual painter to fix the problem. Carpet Barn would not help us with this cost. We will NOT use this company again and DO NOT recommend them.
