My State Farm insurance guy gave…read moreme Absolute Roofing's card since every one else in the Pocahontas, Ar area said it would be 3 or 4 months before they could do it. I contacted Absolute and they were working on my roof in 4 days! They were fast and efficient. There was a misunderstanding about the Chicken Coop but once we straightened that out their work was beyond what anyone in this area could have done. They returned my calls promptly and kept me up dated on everything! Great company.

While here he also replaced a portion of the floor in a hallway that had previously suffered water damage prior to my purchasing the house. He also drove to Lowe's and picked up a new ceiling fan that I had selected online and installed the fan for me. To top it off, he did something I would never have expected a painter to do, and that was hang my pictures and collector's plates, several of which were being hung over an open archway. I highly recommend this business.

These guys came recommended from another business we were working with. We needed a culvert and a…read moresmall parking pad installed for a piece of property we purchased. They came out, gave a great quote of $1500 and we hired them for the services a few weeks later. The install went good - all seemed well. Then three weeks later to the day, we had a good Arkansas rain storm and the culvert washed out and traveled about 1/4 mile to our neighbors house. We asked to see how much it would cost to come and get it put back in - knowing that some gravel would probably be needed and some cost would be acceptable. The quote was another $700! The response from the owner was that "they do stand behind their work but they do not stand behind nor do they control Mother Nature." Ironically, that is exactly what we hired them to do - control water (Mother Nature) via a culvert under a drive pad they installed. In this new development, ours was the only culvert to have failed catastrophically. We cannot, under good conscious, recommend them based on our experience.
