I wanted steam cleaning since the last place I used did chemical cleaning and it was very unimpressive. Clark's ad came in a door hanger so I decided to call on the spur of the moment when I saw it. He came with only one day notice (company coming) and was here on time. Clark's did an excellent job and the whole house looked like I had new carpet, even the stairs. There were some stains that were here when we bought the house and although he tried to get them out, he couldn't. I was impressed that he tried as hard as he did.
