    My insurance company suggested I go to a different shop and my friend had a bad experience there so I told them I want to go somewhere else and they suggested Premier collision. I went there to get an estimate and just check them out and I could see pretty quickly that the shop was well run and the manager addressed all my concerns and I left feeling comfortable their office staff called me every day to give me updates and they finished my collision damage in three days. The car looks like brand new they're very professional. I would recommend them without hesitation. 2/27/19.

    Oh my goodness where do I begin well one dreaded early morning someone hit my vehicle in front of my house and I call my insurance company Geico and they recommended Premiere Collision and that was my first mistake... going there when I should have just went to Chevy. But alas that was my insurance companies recommended shop and boy that was my first mistake as it turns out I went there and a Gentleman started working on my car that didn't speak a lick of English which just meant I couldn't communicate with him however Ryan Cromer called me a racist all loud like a madman and argue with me in the shop as if he even knew Anything about racism because I said, this guy doesn't speak any English and I cannot communicate with him but there was nobody there trying to translate either. That guy should have gotten written up but they didn't do it so thus here's my review. This guy pulled my car into the lift before I got anything out of it before I got my rental car so I could transfer things so I watch the Ryan guy trying to motion to pull my car back out of the lift because his asking wasn't going over well understandably because there was no one there to translate. Then they make you sign a paper that says you got to pay $120 if you want to take your car out of there after they disassembled it well they started disassembling my car way before I even got my things out of it cuz I would have ran the other way in a hurry. And being called a racist by some employee it's probably Just Cause to run the other way. Well I had to leave it there or pay $120 bucks which is crazy especially after the events that had it just occurred. I did like the fact that I could get a rental truck which was a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.7L Hemi in it, which has nothing to do with Premier believe me. I leave. In a week they call me to tell me my car is ready, however my front emblem is scratched up for whatever reason because it wasn't damaged when I took it to the shop so I kept the rental for the Labor Day holiday. They were also very cocky and telling me that my battery died (when I got there to pick up my car)and that they bought me another one which I find very unorthodox because I had a five-year warranty on that battery that is in the wind somewhere and they replaced it with one with a two year warranty but I'm disturbed because no one called me up to say "hey there miss young your battery died what would you like us to do"... thus I kept the rental for another week. And the space between the doors and the fender was not even and I couldn't relay how I am about that to the guy who worked on my vehicle nor could I explain my complicated aftermarket alarm and I'm sure they left the key on that's why the battery died because I didn't have any problems with it ever. They called me to come back and they had not matched the paint- not even close on my emblem and I tried to give them the paint color and the number, and truly all they had to do was look at my wheels and my rear license plate holder to see that the color wasn't even close. I painted it Breast Cancer Awareness "pink" as well as my brake dust seals that are on my wheels and my front and rear license plate holder (and the front one just disappeared even though I asked them not to throw it away). Then I brought my car home because I didn't know if I was authorized to keep the rental even longer without paying and there was one person at the shop great guy who owns an Indian motorcycle who probably couldn't have made that decision for me. Well I took my car home and immediately everyone could see the two inch difference in the bumper on one side and you can stick two hands under one side and no fingers under the other and aftermarket parts with all the cut marks in them because they had to cut a holes in it instead of buying one that had the holes already for my fog lights GM OEM equipment so I was Done-Completely Done with them and took it to Courtesy Chevrolet and they took care of everything except I have to go through the whole painstaking process of having my emblem and front license plate holder (which I have to buy again) painted Breast Cancer Awareness Pink instead of "hot chick pink" and then UV clear-coated!!! It was very important to have that particular pink because I do represent breast cancer awareness because someone in my family passed away from it! I wouldn't have left this review like this had they written up that individual that took it upon himself to call a "customer" a racist who I'm sure has no clue and has never experienced true racism as I have first hand!! Now on the brighter side of being there my adjuster Jon Mueller was absolutely wonderful. Now I "imagine" that they do most of their work well at that shop (for all the people that I didn't come in contact with), however my experience was not a pleasant one there!!

    I want to thank everyone for the good job you have done for my wife's Toyota Rav4, it's been in two accidents and everyone has fixed up so well. Excellent car service and customer service, thank you

    Emiliano was amazing! He fixed my mirror in 2 minutes for free and was so kind! I've never had a bad experience at this location

    This place is awesome! I've used them in the past when I've had major body damage from a car…read moreaccident. This time I had minor body damage (I ripped off a plastic door panel after I misjudged getting out of a tight parking space...not my finest moment.) I stopped in hoping they could help me out like they had in the past. Fidel and Daniel were able to pop on the panel back on in the time it took me to make a coffee. I will always come here for any body damage. Highly recommend this place!

    In 2017, I'd had my previous Audi repaired at a different Caliber location after I was rear ended…read moreon the 405. Ugh! That repair experience was a good one, so when I had a little fender bender on 2/21 with my current Q3, I brought it over to the Caliber location on Hancock Street because it is very close to where I live. Nadia and the rest of the team were very helpful and the repairs were scheduled to take about two weeks. The original estimate went up by about $1,000 once they took the vehicle apart, which if I was paying out of pocket would have given me heart palpitations. Thankfully, insurance is taking care of everything except my $500 deductible. However, I'm sure this incident will come back to haunt me when my insurance comes up for renewal soon, but that is another story. My vehicle was done on time as promised. When I got it back, I noticed that the driver's side door was making a noise, and so I brought it back to Caliber. They noted that the door wasn't aligned correctly and they fixed the issue. My car looks great now, and I'm so glad that it is back to normal. I did have one other issue that I brought to Caliber's attention, and they remedied the situation without an issue. Overall, this was a good experience after an unfortunate and annoying accident. Everyone at Caliber did their best to ensure that this was a positive experience. Thanks, Caliber!
