I've been using Chem Dry for close to twenty years. As I have moved around quite a bit they are always the first company I look for when it comes to carpet cleaning. I can't stand carpet cleaning companies that soak your floors and leave you with a sloppy mess for days. Chem Dry uses very little chemicals and the floor is dry amazingly fast. The technician assured me that there are no harmful chemicals and that's important because we have a young child. I highly recommend. They provide quick quotes over the phone and are very affordable. Homestead call Premier Chemdry! I called them for a quote and they gave me a price over the phone. Our carpet is 10 years old but they made it look like new. Technician was on time, polite, and professional. When he was done he seemed to be disappointed with the results. He pointed out some spots he couldn't get as clean as he would like but I thought it looked great! Floor was dry in 2 hours. As soon as he finished I walked on it with sox and they barely got wet. Called for service. They came out promptly & were even a bit early. Kyle was dressed in a company uniform & was driving a company truck. He was polite & professional. He made solid recommendations, which I gladly followed. He then labored over my couch for 3 hours until it was sparkling clean & like new! I would highly recommend this company and would give them and extra few stars if I could! In this environment it's hard to find trade people that even MEET minimum expectations. I am a repeat Premier ChemDry customer, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have used them in my home to clean tile, carpet, and my sofas. The staff have all been friendly, professional and I have been pleased with the results. But what has prompted this review is a recent event in particular, that I am extremely grateful for their services! A rental home that I was managing was occupied by a tenant who recently moved out. I was sure I was going to have to replace the carpet, but when Alex from ChemDry came to clean the tile and grout, he said that the carpet could be cleaned! They saved me the cost, and inconvenience, of having to replace carpet. I was genuinely stunned with the result! It looks like brand new carpet, but I assure you it's not! Thank you to these guys! I must be the only one reviewing that was unhappy with their cleaning system. All the guy did was use a spray bottle (a few sprays) and just spin a commercial mop head attached to a machine. Heads were dirty but nothing got sucked up. This was a few years ago. I need my 4 area rugs clean again but won't call this company. read more

We were so pleased with this company. They did 4 fabric bucket chairs, as I was watching Nick the technician clean them. I said to myself, wow he is really trying hard and cleaning them so well. I was so happy, I asked if he had time to do a area rug. He did, and that came out beautiful as well. Nick is very respectful of your property. This company went way out of their way for us. When another carpet cleaning service that had been scheduled to come the day before we were moving out of our house did not show up, I frantically called this company, and Jason rearranged his technician's schedule so they could come out in the afternoon and clean our carpets before the closing date. They did a fantastic job, got out all the stains, and the carpet looked great for the new owners. We were so impressed with the level of customer service provided by Jason at Premier Chem-Dry. My tile grout was extremely dirty and I finally caved to get it done. Jason helped to make the process extremely easy by giving me a date right away. When Alex showed up he was on time and explained everything about the chemicals, the flow of how and where he would move my furniture and the length of time it would take. My house had approx 425 sq ft to be done and it took only 4 hours of scrubbing and sealing. My grout looks brand new and I am VERY pleased with how it turned out. I had several dented and scratched tiles that were easily visible due to the dirt that gathered into the cracks, but now you can't see the cracks and dents any more!!! We tried to hire them recently. We needed to reschedule our appointment. When we called Jason to change it, he got very annoyed and rude. It was very odd. Thankfully, this isn't the only carpet cleaner around- or even the only Chem Dry in Broward. Avoid this one at all costs. Update: the owner is not only nasty, but dishonest. He sent me a message asking me to delete my review and signing it with someone else's name. He said there is no one there named Jason, even though the message was sent from Jason L, owner of this business.
