Despite countless opportunities to correct the same issues over many cleanings, Anna was unable to maintain any type of consistency and becomes defensive or hostile when documented issues are presented by our office. These repeated issues include, but are not limited to, leaving sliding glass doors unlocked, leaving windows wide open, leaving stained towels and sheets for guests, not arriving on time or not arriving at all, failure to complete checklists, cleaners driving their vehicles across our lawns, not cleaning bathrooms properly, putting away dirty dishes/pots/pans, not emptying lint traps, leaving trash and debris under furniture, and general failure to follow written procedures. After managing 23 properties for more than 10 years, we've never had a housekeeping service do more damage to our rating then Anna at My Sparkle Pro. Ultimately, we had to terminate our relationship with My Sparkle Pro due to both quality control and security concerns. Govern yourself accordingly.
