He gave me 2.. 90 day scripts that I had been on for years...that was 3 months ago...I called for a refill for 90 days...last week and I still have not heard back from his front staff and he still has no sent my RX in....I finally called the staff to see what the issue was and I was told I would need to see him to get a refill, I was just there 3 months ago...no one bothers to call me when I made the request....what is it with Dr's. staff and Dr's now days. My PCP that retired was wonderful...saw me once a year gave me a years worth of my usual meds. When I called for t hi staff would get him to fill it the same day! So tired of people's work ethics these days. I'm in my 60's and have my own my own business and if I ran it like this...I would be out of business...Where doe one find a GREAT doctor these days...

I hope the VA takes a long hard look at using them in their network. NOBODY should have to deal with the attitude coming from the admin staff. I can't believe it's that hard to find good, qualified people to work in an office that deals with people in extreme pain. Forget leaving a message if you're fortunate enough to get that far, they don't return the calls anyway.
