Well last night we were camping somewhere in Wyoming and headed to Bozeman Montana for our next stay. I looked at Marketplace and was engaged in a conversation with someone about a used hitch for $400.00 and it was in Ennis which was way out of our way. I decided to ask GBT CHAT about a Pullrite Dealership or repair shop and it suggested this Ratco place that was only about 5 minutes off of Hwy 90. Not only were they able to repair our hitch for about $80, they stopped what they were doing and had us back on the road within an hour or so and now our hitch is like new and most of all safe. Ty truck has a upgraded suspension. I went in to Jim & Tracy's. They were very professional, low key, explaining the process. The next day I took my truck in for the alignment. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Very reasonable price. I took the truck down the highway at speed. As good as new. I will be taking my travel trailer in to them for tires and checking the alignment.
