I set my time on it as a 5pm drop off when i did the pre-rental equipment verification and they said no it was supposed to be 10AM and tried to charge me an extra $33! Not only was the truck filthy(floor was like a gravel pit with pick flossers all over the floor) when i picked it up but i cleaned it and they had the nerve to charge me a $50 cleaning fee too! That fee should run on the person before me and they should have cleaned the truck up before they rent it out somebody else. I was taking gravel out of my shoes for days! Also, their communication skills are nonexistent. One time when I was on the phone with them I asked them a question and didn't hear them typing or hear them say OK let me look it up or anything. it just went dead silence so I asked again and they said hold on (very impatiently annoyed sounding and rude) I'm looking at it. Well I'm on the phone I can't see that you're looking at you've got to say something! They're just playing a bunch of idiots and they look forward to screwing people over. I will NEVER use their service again and I do not recommend them to anyone. I've never met a morr incompetent group of people under 1 roof and i stayed at the shelter last year!

They said they only have one minivan to rent and it was out on another rental and they didn't know when it would be back. They told me to find go to another rental car company. I contacted Metra RV to get help and guidance on what I needed to do because this was a manufacturers defect. Immediately Metra RV was accusatory to my installer and to me. Not once did I place blame on Metra rv and I knew that this was going to be a manufacturers defect but instead of working with me at the beginning , It was, how can we not help and put blame on everybody else? I had to tell them That this is manufacturer defect but they way they are coming off it feels as if it's me against Metra, but it should be me and metra against the manufacture. They have contacted the manufacturer for me, so I'm hoping I can get this issue resolved, and they have apologize for the way they came off in the beginning, but it wasn't apology That didn't feel sincere. And the whole conversation was still how can we get out of this and not help and push her onto someone else? Reed even decided to refer to me as a kid saying "sorry kid". There was no pressure to purchase. There was, however, lots of great information and advice from many of their staff - from sales, management, owners, and their service department. They all helped us make a great and informed decision. When we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our rig - it was about as easy as it could be. Everything really went seamlessly. We have been enjoying our camper ever since. Our salesperson, Tammy, did an outstanding job for us! The sales manager, John, was always there to make sure that all our needs were being met. The service department helped answer several technical questions that I know will help us in the future keeping everything running smoothly in the rig. My wife and I would purchase again from Metra RV. It was exactly the experience we had hoped to have!

All I wanted was to get my propane tank filled which would have been less than 5 minutes but she just went back inside, shut off the lights and turned off the OPEN sign and walked to her car. This is a huge difference from the U-Haul Centers I've dealt with before in Surprise, AZ. Luke took the time to come out front and insure a proper connection between the trailer and my son's vehicle. He also made sure all of the brake lights and turn signals were operating properly. He did that all with an excellent attitude and a willingness to please. Luke deserves both a raise and recognition.
