A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

I waited three days for someone to return my call, and on the fourth day, I called Bickler's again, and this time I spoke with a guy, that once again wrote down the information on my vehicle, and a description of what I wanted done, and he told me that he would call me the following day. Around 4:30 pm the following day, since I had not heard from anyone, I called Bickler's, once again and when a guy answered, I requested to speak with a manager or someone in charge. The guy on the phone said that his name was Bill, and he was in charge. I explained to him that I had called two prior times, and left the information about my vehicle and my name and number, and I had been told both times, that someone would return my call, and that no one had called me back. Bill than went into his spill about how they usually have the person to bring the car to their shop, and that they don't do quotes over the phone. I than asked if that was the case, why was I told that someone would call me back? Bill than said " Bye ", and hung up the phone. This business lacks customer service skills. I would have assumed that he would have apologized for his employees telling me, that someone would call me back. And quoted the work, I needed. I guess it was better for me to see how this business operates, before they had my car torn apart, and than showed their true colors.

It's rare that I find an actual family friendly garage and this is it- all the men I met while on my numerous visits were very nice, didn't tell crass jokes, or even cuss! Work was always done in a quick amount of time and I loved that they allowed me to see what issues they were talking about while my truck was taken apart so I knew what was going on.
