The following morning the US government announced that testing would no longer be needed. I promptly contacted Testmobile to cancel the tests and requested a refund given that the requirement was lifted. I spoke to a customer agent who was very polite who told me that she would talk to her supervisor and that she would call back without fail in the next 15 minutes. 2 hours later I called back because I did not get a response and was informed that the request would be considered and that she was instructed by her supervisor not to call me back, which frankly is a very odd customer service practice. She was only to convey this information if I happened to call back. I was supposed to get an email response in 24 to 48 hours regarding the refund. It's been 8 days and I have not received an email response, nor any call backs from the numerous messages I have left with them. It is absolutely deplorable that a company would not make good on a refund given this circumstance and worst yet not even acknowledge receipt of emails. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE .... THERE ARE MANY MORE WITH TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Made fun of me when I was having auditory hullcinations and is overall uncaring and un helpful. They did the scan and completely ignored the foreign body lodged at the back of my head and reported that everything was normal. The report was inaccurate so I went back for a reexamination and they first told me that I'd be charged an additional 250$(which was no problem) then a few days later they refused to do a reexamination then lied and told me that they did. The manager told me that this thing is normal then told me that I drew it on then contradicted himself saying that he's not a radiologist and neither am I. I can literally feel this thing in my head so I'm sure that I do not need to be a radiologist to identify an foreign object on my scan. I've sent the images to a radiologists in LA and he said that they did not read the MRI properly and that they should have reported it. Incompetent, unprofessional and deceptive behaviour.
