Odd. Then we sat down and waited over an hour. Really? Once again the public system fails to provide clients appropriate respect to appointments that left me fuming as we waited "patiently" along with many other parents with dozens of noisy children waiting their turn to meet with their pediatrician. As one who's not done the whole public waiting thing for the last decade (I always went to private clinics - time is money - sorry), this allowed me to discuss matters with my wife if we want to endure extra costs to going private in future visits. Finally we got called in and our doctor (Mme. Chevalier) impressed me by firstly being apologetic for the long wait and saying "Your time is just as important". Nice. She then took care with my daughter and answered all our questions and provided exceptional service. We couldn't have asked for more. It's hard giving this place 3 stars when given a 5 star treatment by the doctor and we have another appointment this week to see if I can adjust that. One thing is for sure, waiting over an hour for a scheduled visit is unacceptable regardless of reason. We have children with us, this is very inconvenient. Doctors with schedules shouldn't be taking clients when they are clearly completely booked for the day. That task should go to the floating doctor to take on emergencies. There's a reason why everything is on a computer and any competent doctor should be able to take on another doctor's dossier if a child comes in with any minor issues that cannot wait a few days.

Right from the moment that I called to make my appointment, to when I was leaving, the staff here are friendly and helpful and do not try and push you into paying for more services than you need. The hygenist was really kind and encouraging of better dental habits and I left feeling very happy and relaxed. The whole thing cost me around $250, and I got $150 back from my insurance.

Service is amazing and appointments are always available as you pay around 200-500$ or more per visit depending on what you do or get ... they do all kinds of testing .. urine, culture, blood testing and they have everything necessary in the clinic. This place is top top notch. I like their waiting room too they offer free coffee or water pretty cool :) Overall, best clinic I've ever been and will keep coming here if my bank account permits it lol
