They also gave us some informational sheets, so it wasn't all fun and games for my son, it was super helpful as a parent to learn more about how my kid feels and operates. Aside from how nice the staff is, it's a very well run business. The gym is so great for those sensory seekers (IYKYK) but there are also quiet spaces for some good work to be done. We have had such a wonderful experience with Sound It Out Speech Therapy. They are incredibly…read morehelpful, accommodating, and easy to work with, and the fact that they come to the house has been such a gift for our family. They also accept the Self-Determination Program, which has made services much more accessible for us. After working with Ms. Kristin for a little over a year, we have seen the most improvement we've ever seen with my daughter. Her articulation is so much better, her vocabulary has increased tremendously, and she is now 100% intelligible. What I appreciate most about Kristin is that she really understands PDA. She does not push my daughter in a way that overwhelms her, but she still encourages her to work, participate, and have fun while doing it. Kyra is also wonderful to work with. If there is ever a problem, no matter what it is, she will work with you to find a solution. We are so grateful for Kristin, Kyra, and Sound It Out Speech Therapy and would absolutely recommend them.

A women by the name of Kenzie is extremely unprofessional. Rude and Interrupts you while you're speaking. She ignored my child her whole 45 min session till the last 15. Automatically came to my daughter and demanded her to stop her activity and was pulling my daughter out of ball pit by her legs. Thank god my mom was there to take care of my baby girl. Other 3 or 4 sessions was pretty much the same not much interaction mostly with student staff who are also extremely unenthusiastic. Only reason I've given 2 stars was for Miss Jelly who is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her work. As of Kenzie do better. They are children! They are there for help not to be rushed and Scolded by their Therapist.
