I took a public speaking class with Lizzy as well as her "interviewing skills" class. I had a fun time in both classes as Lizzy is a great teacher! She's very positive and clear which helped put me at ease and she puts a fun spin on public speaking (which, let's face it, it's not usually fun). And as a former HR person, she has So Much helpful advice on what makes an interview go well. I was nervous to take the classes alone (especially public speaking) but I am so glad I did because it was a great combo of lecture and notetaking as well as hands-on learning with fun activities. Including being able to speak in front of the class and get feedback not only from Lizzy but from your other classmates on what you did right and what you did wrong. She even films it and sends it to you so that you can get her feedback and practice on your own.
