I was assigned to work with Lori, who was excellent -- experienced, knowledgeable and informative. She helped me improve my strength, flexibility, and movement in my hand/wrist/fingers, using heat, exercises, and cold. I went 2x/week for several months before eventually tapering down to 1x/week. I kept requesting my doctor's office renew my OT order because I found the guidance there so helpful, and the atmosphere so friendly. (All the staff seemed equally caring and skillful.) Note: This small homey office is located in a converted ground floor apartment of a vintage 2-story apartment building (about a block from the Santa Monica beach, south of Pico Blvd.) I was always able to find a metered parking space within about a 5-min walk for my apointments (Mon-Thur afternoons.)

There is no doctor on site, new patients don't get seen for over a week. When my loved one passed away in this facility after a week staying there, someone called in incomprehensibly English to tell me that she "expired" When I came to pick up her belongings, they didn't say anything, not even condolences. They just gave me a plastic garbage bag with her clothes, glasses and phone... It was one of the most shocking experiences in my whole life and I am a nurse who has seen many rehabilitation places, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. I'm surprised that place didn't get shut down and that people allow the elderly to be treated like that.

The staff didn't seem embarrassed, just told me to alert maintenance as if I worked there. Conveniently, maintenance doesn't work weekends. It was very hurtful and inconsiderate.When they saw that I was getting ready to take photos, they acted on getting rid on the nastiness.

But myofascial release helped restore my strength and function so that I've been able to resume most of my prior life. For many years I had to travel to Sedona, AZ or other cities to find a good MFR therapist. It is so nice now to have Leslie here in Santa Monica to be able to see for treatments. Leslie is great at listening to my body, hearing what it needs and working on a particular part until the tightness in it completely lets go. Leslie has also worked on my 8- year old daughter, who was born with torticollis, to provide relief for her growing pains.

Our daughter has Cerebral Palsy, and the center-based program helped her tremendously with her social skills, comprehension, and ability to follow directions. The on-site PT and OT, along with the skilled teachers and staff, eased any concerns we had about her learning to use the parts of her body affected by CP in ways that could be harmful to her growth. She made incredible progress not only socially, but academically as well. The care and dedication of the teachers, team, and directors are truly evident in everything they do. Our daughter has since aged out of the program, but we miss them so much and remain incredibly grateful for the impact they had on her development.

My son was receiving services from them for a year and half. Half way through his supervisor suddenly passed away and he was awesome ... my son's main therapist Ms Kim was also great. After the sudden passing of the supervisor the therapist were left to dry... no direction no true guidance no one truly helping them help my child. Scheduling was awful other therapist would call off often ... For at least five months there was no supervision. No progress my son regressed horribly. When a new supervisor finally came out even she was personally aware at how bad they dropped the ball with my son. She apologize several times and promised she would help make changes.... Only after a couple of weeks i noticed how she was full of broken promises as well... so I decided to take my son out the program and Ivet had the audacity to pin the task of retrieving a table that was recently bought for my child and toys WE PROVIDED on his therapist !!! When i let her know we would find services elsewhere she was careless. Over a month ago I called the company to request the latest report they made on my son to assist with applying for ihss services since they were the last took with him .... I was told someone would reach back out to me .... Never heard anything !!!! Please find a better organized company

I never got a chance to write this about over a year ago when I came here, but they deserve a…read moreraving review--- I literally got off a plane with immense back pain (that's been there for a LONG TIME) and finally said "no, I am going to physical therapy immediately" and walked to the office the next day. Dahlia got me signed up and ready to come in a few days later Michelle and Mackenzie were the PTs I worked with me and they are very professional and helpful with what they do. I loved how they easily figured out all where the source of my problems were and gave a plan and path forward to work them out. I know how to be athletic and fit but nothing like the pain I was going through which is new to me. The exercises were very focused and helpful and I seriously felt a gradual change and the pain FINALLY going away. I never felt they treated the questions I asked like they were dumb or ignorant and genuinely wanted to help me get back on my feet. AJ was the assistant that walked me through the routines and exercises I had to at home. He was very professional and helpful with explaining how to do them right. The area is clean and has everything you would imagine a proper PT place would have. also extra bonus to EVERYONE for making me feel welcomed, because I was terrified of going to physical therapy. I feel much better now, and have sent at least two other friends here :)
