What truly sets him apart is his whole-body approach--he doesn't just treat the immediate injury, but understands how everything is connected. I originally came in with sprained fingers, which was a major issue for me as a writer. Paul not only helped them heal, but also identified underlying issues in my hips and elsewhere that were affecting my movement. Using a wide range of tools and techniques, he consistently knows exactly what will help. Each session leaves me with less pain, a clearer understanding of the root causes, and practical exercises that support continued healing between visits. If you're looking for an occupational therapist who combines deep expertise with genuine compassion, I can't recommend Paul highly enough. I'm very grateful I found him.

From the beginning, he took the time to really listen and understand what I was going through. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is deeply committed to helping them get better. He has a great balance of honesty and motivation. He's straightforward about the work that needs to be done, but he encourages you in a way that makes you feel supported every step of the way. His calm energy also makes you feel heard and immediately puts you at ease. The entire environment here is also incredibly warm and welcoming. The therapists clearly know each other well and have real relationships with one another, which creates such a positive and supportive atmosphere. You can feel that sense of community the moment you walk in. If you're looking for a hand therapist who is knowledgeable, patient and truly invested in your recovery, Paul is someone you'll be very grateful to work with.

The place is disgusting and the people working there are incompetent, overworked, understaffed and because they have to hurry they can't take care of your loved one. There is no doctor on site, new patients don't get seen for over a week. When my loved one passed away in this facility after a week staying there, someone called in incomprehensibly English to tell me that she "expired" When I came to pick up her belongings, they didn't say anything, not even condolences. They just gave me a plastic garbage bag with her clothes, glasses and phone... It was one of the most shocking experiences in my whole life and I am a nurse who has seen many rehabilitation places, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. I'm surprised that place didn't get shut down and that people allow the elderly to be treated like that.

It's not dirty in appearance unless you're spending a good deal of time there on your visits. For example, I opened my family member's drawer and found roaches. The staff didn't seem embarrassed, just told me to alert maintenance as if I worked there. Conveniently, maintenance doesn't work weekends. It was very hurtful and inconsiderate. When they saw that I was getting ready to take photos, they acted on getting rid on the nastiness.

We've worked with many occupational therapists since my son was 2, and Alison is by far the best! She's professional, compassionate, and really understands how to connect with kids with special needs. Every session is thoughtful and goal-oriented. She always finds creative ways to challenge my son while keeping him motivated and having fun. In just one week, she even helped him learn to ride a bike with training wheels! Most importantly, she helped him build confidence and truly enjoy therapy. My son looks forward to seeing her every day, and I'm so grateful for her dedication and kindness. I highly recommend Alison and the wonderful team at NAPA Center!

Our daughter has Cerebral Palsy, and the center-based program helped her tremendously with her social skills, comprehension, and ability to follow directions. The on-site PT and OT, along with the skilled teachers and staff, eased any concerns we had about her learning to use the parts of her body affected by CP in ways that could be harmful to her growth. She made incredible progress not only socially, but academically as well. The care and dedication of the teachers, team, and directors are truly evident in everything they do. Our daughter has since aged out of the program, but we miss them so much and remain incredibly grateful for the impact they had on her development.

He was scripting, eloping, not listening, no eye contact, and had major tantrums. During implementation the staff were all very caring and professional. They made us feel comfortable in an area that was very foreign. After the first few months of sessions we saw a major improvement in our son's behaviors. He had his first original dialogue and I almost cried I was so happy. They taught us how to prime our son before we go on outings so there would be less of a chance of tantrums. We have been with Behavior Frontiers for over 2 years now and they have helped us improve the quality of life for our son.

When I…read moreasked for even a rough timeframe of how long the wait might be, I was given nothing -- no estimate, no range, just "we'll call you when a spot opens." That's not helpful when you're trying to plan care for your child. Later, someone whose son already receives services from Behavior Frontiers followed up on our behalf to ask about our status. We still never heard back. I also emailed them last month to follow up myself and got no response at all. No update, no acknowledgment, nothing. If the company can't give a basic timeline and ignores both a current client's family and a direct email, it doesn't give me much confidence in how they operate. Very frustrating experience from the start. I now am beginning services elsewhere next week, with a company that can at least provide a timeframe and all I can say is "DO BETTER BEHAVIOR FRONTIERS!"
