Everyone there is welcoming and supportive from the moment you walk in. I truly can't say enough good things about this entire team. They've made such a positive difference in my son's communication and overall confidence. Despite multiple emails and voicemails--most of which have gone unanswered--I've received almost no communication. Erin spoke with me once during my initial outreach and seemed open to working with my insurance, but since then has consistently ignored my follow-ups. Even my care advocate has tried reaching out and hasn't heard back. Every few weeks I get a brief response, only to be ghosted again. At one point, Erin offered to remind me of the pricing--when I agreed, I never heard back. I had high hopes for this practice and have been transparent about how important these services are to me. But the lack of communication and follow-through has made it clear that patient care is not a priority here. I'd recommend looking for a practice with dedicated staff who can actually support new patients through the onboarding process.
