My daughter loves going and wants to stay even after the session is over! We are happy with the services and would recommend them to others.

GREEDY GREEDY COMPANY!!! They have a 48 hr cancellation policy but no emergency cancellation policy…read moreif child gets sick the day before your appointment. They even ask in their policy to not bring in sick kids. However they do not care if your child is sick. We did not want to bring our 101 degree fever baby in and possibly get others sick (which she got the the fever the night before her appointment ) We called them first thing in the morning about our baby being sick and could not make the appointment and it seemed like they were understanding. Got an invoice a week later for cancelling day of cause my baby was sick. So bring your sick kids to the appointment if you do not want to get charged!!! Asked them to cancel the invoice because of the circumstances and they said no. What a joke of a company. Update: The response from the business still did not mention that in their policy to not bring in your child if they are sick. So it's a win-win for them. Make sure if your sessions are cut short that you don't pay full price for the session or that if they have to cancel on you for an emergency, make sure to invoice them for using your "time and resources". They don't care except getting paid. They said "Not about profit" but won't cancel the invoice cause a child got sick the night before. Children get sick and they don't seem to understand. Seems like greed to me! Again, what a joke.

Poor patience for someone who has developmental delays. If proper care couldn't be provided she should've been referred to a more skilled clinician. I'd give zero stars if I could. That's not how anyone should be treated especially someone who needs more time. No compassion whatsoever.

Julie and her staff are amazing. My child's speech improved significantly with her expertise.read more

Everybody loves Julie. Including me. Especially me. She saved us during the pandemic when I was…read morestressing out about my 18 month old not speaking and not signing, with no way of seeing therapists in person. She was the only one who responded to me since clearly, the pandemic has done a number on many other babies/toddlers as well and every speech practice was slammed. I found her through Yelp as well as personal recommendations from other parents so I already knew she was dependable and trustworthy. On top of that, she is personable, funny, and most importantly, responsive. She reached out to Kaiser's staff speech therapist on our behalf in order to get us switched over from the vendor we were originally referred to, which was such a lifesaver because if you have any experience with Kaiser, you'd know you can never get in touch with anyone directly. She got everything sorted for us and within a couple of weeks (which again, is super fast in Kaiser world), we were scheduled to start Zoom with Ms Amy. We loved her but Zoom with a taby (toddler baby) is what it is - limited. But we were hopeful about more progress in-person and had hoped to continue with Ms Amy once STP reopened but the scheduling just didn't work out. We were a little nervous and hesitant to go with Ms Reanna in person but omg looking back, it was all wasted energy. My taby loved (still loves) Reanna passionately (sometimes to the point where I wonder if...more than me??) Ms. Reanna is just the perfect mix of fun, discipline, and patience for her. She is firm when she needs to be (which was often back then) and is silly and creative when the session allows for it. We have been going to speech for almost 2 yrs and have seen other therapists (who have all been great as well) at STP due to scheduling but she will always prefer Reanna. We went from having fears that she would be non-verbal to now not being able to get her to stop talking. She just will notstoptalking lol. And as a parent, that is both joyful and stressful but I digress. The tools that we have learned at STP and the people that we have met here are worth staying up and writing a long review about. Because Julie and her team deserve all the credit and accolades. Most of all, they deserve to know how much their clients appreciate them and they deserve more families to love on as well.

I just wanted to share my experience with the speech therapy services we've been using for the past…read morethree years. My daughter has been attending sessions, and I'm thrilled to say she's made amazing progress. Her speech has improved so much, and I truly believe the therapy has been a big part of her development. The therapists have been fantastic--both professional and compassionate--which has made a huge difference for her. Given our positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this therapy center to other parents. If you are contemplating speech therapy for your child, I believe this place could make a substantial difference in their development and confidence.

She let him take a STEM kit home that was really into. They also gave us some informational sheets, so it wasn't all fun and games for my son, it was super helpful as a parent to learn more about how my kid feels and operates. Aside from how nice the staff is, it's a very well run business. The gym is so great for those sensory seekers (IYKYK) but there are also quiet spaces for some good work to be done. I love how many therapists are available and how accommodating they are. We've never had a problem getting a session scheduled. If you're looking for an OT, give Share a shot. You won't regret it!

Although she specializes in teaching youths, Lindsey helped me with my English pronunciation. Being…read morea Japanese native speaker, I was having difficulty with my accent and I was having a hard time to overcome it. In the first lesson, she was quick to identified where I was struggling and created lesson plans to make it improvements. Her lesson are fun, positive and also easy to understand. I was embarrassed about my accent and pronunciation but now I've become a little more confident speaking English. I look forward for my speech grow flow naturally. I totally recommend Lindsey to all who doesn't have enough English speaking skill. Thank you Lindsey for this wonderful opportunity and experience.

Help Me Grow Speech is an INCREDIBLE resource for parents of young kids. When my son was around 18…read moremonths, I was worried that he was a little behind in expressive speech - he understood everything, and could sign to communicate the basics, but he seemed unmotivated to actually speak out loud (at least to the degree that I thought he should). Honestly, I had no idea if he was behind, or if I should be worried, or what I should do about it. Lindsey provided guidance that my pediatrician didn't (not faulting my pediatrician, who is great, and actually provided the same guidance as Lindsey - just months later). First she worked with my son one on one (see attached video) - but the most valuable thing she did was teach ME things, such as useful signs, how to incorporate learning words into songs (really the only songs I know are itsy bitsy spider and some 90s rap/R&B), etc. These are things that no one focuses on in those "how to prepare for your baby" articles! You have to seek it out, and even then, the information out there is not really helpful. In the video I'm including with my review, Lindsey taught my son how to say/sign "I want" within like, 5 minutes. I was so excited. And it was simple, just part of the game she was playing with him! As a parent, especially a first-time parent, I was so caught up in the mechanics of my child's day - always watching the clock, did he eat enough, did he poop his diaper, is he about to touch something dangerous, etc. - that my mindset was so far away from using "play" to teach speech. These are the golden tips, people. And now she has a YouTube channel where she teaches you these tips, for FREE! and a free Facebook group! I actually took my son to speech therapy sessions for about a month or so - it was $80/session (30 minute sessions), twice a week. Are you serious. I can understand the investment if there is an actual developmental issue - but my son just lacked the proper motivation and teaching from me, his parent. Now he's 25 months, and I actually can't get him to stop talking, it's rough sometimes. TLDR: Help Me Grow Speech is a perfect resource for parents who aren't sure whether their young child's speech and language is on track, or need some ideas on how to improve speech development.
