They apparently have a problem with their equipment / staff that destroys buttons. Very annoying especially if you have nice clothes.

I've used this cleaners a few times for my suits. One thing I love about them is the ability to…read moredrop off on a Sunday. Most recent trip, they did not have them ready by Friday. Came back today and they discounted the order without me complaining or asking. That she remembered both times when I am not a full-time regular is impressive as well. Recommend them. Just make sure you communicate when you need them by. While 5 days were plenty, to be fair I never said I needed them on a certain date.

Long story short, I choose this laundry mat to get my winter coat cleaned. I went to pick up my…read morecoat on 11/24 and the attendant put my card in the card reader and requested my pin. She kept putting the number in wrong. Finally she told me that the card would not work. This confused me because I had just used the card. The woman's husband told me that when I used the car at the gas station it locked my card. Still confused, I agreed to go back on Monday. Prior to going to the laundry mat, I called my bank to ask about using my card at the laundry mat. I was told that my card was frozen because the laundry mat tried several pins and that caused my card to be frozen until I called the bank. They treat unknown pins as someone trying to steal your card. When I saw the woman attendant I requested her husband. She told me he was out of town for a few days. I told her I called my bank and had to have my card unlocked. I told her that the card was locked due to too many attempts at putting in my pin when I was there on Saturday. I said, today is another day so let's try this again. She told me no because my card is bad and it was my card's fault. She also told me to go get cash or I could not have my coat. I was not about to give this woman cash because at this point I felt she may have dementia (I thought this after leaving on Saturday as well) and not sure if she would remember if I gave her cash. I asked her to call her husband and she refused and said he cannot answer the phone. After I would not give up (by standing there after requesting my coat) she called her husband. He told her to call her son. She did and he told her to allow me to go back to the card reader and let me put in my pin. He also requested that i speak to him. I reached for the phone when he said to give me the phone. She slapped my hand and said no. She had previously placed the phone on the speaker phone mode. I said ok and I asked him to speak louder. I explained to the son that the card reader said unarthorized transaction. I also told him she was trying to put my card back in with the error reading on the screen. I told him that it has to be cleared out and her to start over. After she argued (even with her son) she cleared it out. Then she pressed the wrong button after putting my card back into the reader and it said that it was the wrong transaction. I told her to put the card back in and press the debit card button. She refused and slid my card in the slider (will not work because it has a chip). I told her it was ok but she would either have to put it in the card reader or press the manual button. She started to slid it again and I pressed the manual button and stopped her by said "please don't". I requested that she look at the machine. The screen told her to insert the card into the card reader or manually put my number in. She picked up my card (upside down) and started putting in the wrong numbers. I raised my voice a bit and said stop...you are not putting in the right numbers because the card is upside down. She stopped and looked at the machine and said " i cannot do it..there is no way to clear this out". I showed her the back button and cleared it out for her. I said now it is ready . I turned the card upside right and told her the first number. I helped her through all the numbers and other information and walaa. It worked. She still kept repeating over and over that my card does not work right. Lawdy mercy. Terrible experience. To top it off, the son apologized for mom. He told me the next time I use them that I will get a discount. He never asked my name or information. That is not an issue at this point. I will not return.

After waiting for some time I lightly tapped my horn to let him know I was there. The person in front of me drove off and this employee went into a full rage. Angry and cursing that I interrupted his conversation, he angrily put my dry cleaned items in the back seat, slammed the door close and continued cursing in a full rage. I paid for the items, obtained a receipt and drove away. A less calm person might have engaged with him differently, particularly after having their car door slammed. This business isn't paying attention whose handling their customers. There are plenty alternatives nearby. Needless to say, they'll never get another dime from me.

It was a Valentines gift. When I put it on to wear it post-cleaning it was comically small, as if it had been laundered and not dry cleaned. In short, after three trips to the cleaners to try and get reimbursement for their error, I finally got a check mailed to me for the cost of the sweater. Sheila, the owner, was very rude and condescending during every exchange I had with her, demanding I come in and try the sweater on for her (no), telling me it was an "old" sweater, (also, no), and insisting that it would be easier for me to pick up the check than it would be for her to mail it. Done.
