Not only did they admit to overcharging me almost triple, but the remote starter and manual knob started melting/charring and when I reached out they offered to replace the remote. Brick and Ember offered no solution and I would never want them in my house again. Do NOT use the company. I would give negative stars if I could. Worst experience.
