I've been here twice now since I've moved to the area and Preet is SO good at what she does. I get my brows cleaned up and shaped natural and get my upper lip threaded as well. Today was the first time I'd ever gotten my eyebrows done and Preet was amazing! I told her it was my first time and asked for advice on what to do. She told me she could clean it up and follow my natural shape, or remove a little more hair and give them more definition. I went with the cleanup and natural shape and wow! I love them! My mom and I went to get our facials done for the first time here and it was such a great and calming experience for the both of us! We were assisted by Shwetha and she did a wonderful job throughout the entirety of the facial. We also usually get our eyebrows done here and Preet always does a phenomenal job! I genuinely love my eyebrows each time and I leave with a smile :) The entire staff is patient, has in-depth knowledge about skin care, and has genuine care about well being for their customers. Bad customer service. No longer recommending them to anyone. If you don't want to be rushed out or have rude comments made to you then I would recommend staying away. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Also if you decide to try it then I would recommend to take cash because although they take card, they make it apparent that they prefer cash. read more

Walked in here about noon on a Monday, I was greeted by the owner, Manpreet? :) she was very nice and asked me to wait just a little bit before she can start on me. I had a full face threading done for a price of $30. I figured that it's the standard price and I find it even better than the threading stands at the mall because at least no one can watch you getting the threading done. Preet uses hand sanitizer every time she starts on a new client and I find it clean because she does care about her customers and their hygiene. She was fast throughout the whole process and it didn't make me burn or cause me to have redness on my face. I highly recommend coming here because for eyebrows only- it is only $8? What a steal. My review is strictly off my experiences spent with Priyanka! My friend referred me to her as a very hesitant newbie to threading. When I first met Priyanka, she discussed the entire process with me and reassured me that she would do exactly what I wanted, nothing more nothing less, as I've had issues in the past with other places waxing off half my eyebrow- yikes, I know! Let's just say, I've never felt so comfortable in my life! Ive been continuing to see Priyanka for about 3 months and she has continued to do an amazing job reshaping my eyebrows and making them perfect! Priyanka does a great job with eyebrows and is always kind when I come in (been coming to this place 6 months now). I frankly don't understand why another customer would complain about the business preferring cash over credit cards. This is a small business trying to make a living, and credit card companies typically charge a processing fee ranging from 1.5% to 2.9%. If I was in their shoes, I would strongly prefer cash as well. read more

Based on yelp reviews, being close to my office, and my eyebrows in crisis mode (jungle status), I went to Preet Brows today after work and only one person in front of me. I only had to wait 5 or less minutes. I did not have the owner but another sweet person do my brows. She was very gentle and fast! She explained the process to me (as I'm a threading noob). You hold down your eyelid and pull up on your forehead above the brow and voila, in a blink and some thread, you have great shaped eyebrows! Best 5 minutes spent. Price is very reasonable and I'd say a lot less than most places I've seen. It was $10 for me. They have a minimum of $9 for using credit cards and asked for tip in cash. I tipped on my card. The place has 3 chairs and it started getting busy as I was finishing up. The only smallll thing Iwould be to brush off my hairs threaded off my face, so I don't look like I have random hairs everywhere. Maybe also a little trim of the brow grass would be good too. At 9 months pregnant Alameda County gave the clearance for salons to reopen - I was nervous at first being so far along in my pregnancy but the precautions Preet has taken to maintain safety made me feel very comfortable. Try first time ever having threading done and I was in need of my brows, lip and chin being seen to! Manpreet is a polite, kind and instructive person. She explained to me what to expect, in terms of pain, and what facial expressions to do in order to help her do her job! I am blonde and apart from the dark and spiky hairs that need removing as we get older, they are the only things that needed threading. My fine, white hair on my cheeks and hairline did not need threading, but I can see why people with darker hair would want those seen to.
