I emailed for a quote yesterday. They state 3 hours to reply...did not get a reply. Went to office to get a price. Went into office and nobody was present. They guy in the workshop seen me come in. Waited 10 minutes nobody come in to serve me. Went to the window to warehouse and asked guy if anybody was going to serve me. He puts his finger up and says one minute. 103 degrees and they have you waiting around. Worse customer service ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

This is how you run a business - care about your customers. Outstanding service from telephone calls, arrival into the site, through job completion - I have rarely had a more pleasant experience. Maggie is an endearing lady who knows her product and wants customers to have the item best-suited for them. I appreciate friendly, no-nonsense service -- that is what you get at Precision. They have been in business since the 1980's; no surprise as to why they have staying power. I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice and the job was complete within only a few hours. Time passed quickly as I watched Netflix. Very pleased with the results. I highly recommend them and I will certainly patronize again. read more

I want to thank Precision for the quality tint that I received. I have taken 2 cars to this location but have used Maggie since she was in Downey. Not that I follow her around....lol but the work is worth it. Don't visit the car wash down the street or the others in town, visit Precision and give them a chance to let them know what they can do for you. You will not be sorry!! read more

Great place, they gave us a ride to get food and do our own things while they were working on our car. The tint turned out great and they also did the siding of the doors front of the hood and part of the trunk with a clear protection layer. We loved how nice they were and will definitely go back! read more

Found this shop on yelp and the reviews true. Good work good people. Will be bring my truck in next week to have the tint redone.

Kevin did a great job on my vehicle as always. Polite, professional, great prices, who could ask for more. Thanks

I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my car and my daughter's car for tinting, they did a decent job. I later brought my wife's brand new 2018 Chrysler 300, she only had the car for two weeks at the time. I had them tint her windows. Later that week my wife noticed bubbling on all the windows and scratches on the rear window. We don't have small children or pets therefore we didn't make the scratches. I brought it back to Precision to have them fix the problem that they created. They had to re-tint all of the windows except the back one. Maggie's son said that the only way to fix that one is to replace the window due to the defrost wiring. He said that they would do it at no cost to me. Maggie didn't quite agree but said that she would go along with it. Long story short they kept giving me the run around about getting the glass. Every time I called I got one excuse after another. They never fixed it. THEIR WORD IS TRASH. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. In business your word is bond. PERIOD!! read more

Brought in my 2015 Lexus after I bought it to Maggie and her son to match the existing dealer installed tint (on the back windows) for the fronts. They matched it perfectly!!! Totally handcrafted by a true professional!! Excellent!!! read more
