To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

I've hired several cleaning companies over the years, and this one is by far the best. When I…read morecalled to request a deep cleaning service, I spoke with Greg the owner. He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. Thank you, Greg and Tamara, for doing a FANTASTIC job cleaning my house. It is clear to me that you are passionate about what you do and care about the customers you serve. I am a huge fan of yours and would highly recommend your company to anyone.

He reminded me of my appt. via text and showed up on time. I am so pleased with his work. My windows look amazing. He worked very hard to get them clean. He removed the calcium deposits off of my windows at the back of the house (they had marks all over them because of the hard water of the sprinklers). He is professional and easy to work with. He made sure that I was well taken care of. He walked me through the house to inspect the windows to make sure that I was satisfied. His prices were very reasonable. He is the kind of guy that you can depend on to do what is right in a professional situation. That gives me comfort. I will definitely be hiring him again. Thank you so much Landon. You did a great job!!

This company has to have the absolute worst customer service…read more Scheduled an appointment with them last week for 11/6 at 9am. At 10am I called and spoke to Landon, at first he wasn't sure if we were even scheduled then finally realized we were indeed. Said he didn't understand why his employee hadn't arrived so he promised to find out and call me right back. I waited an hour without a call, so I called him back, no answer. I called several times with no answer, only voice mail. Left message and also text Landon again with no response. Finally I get a text message from a Nancy? telling me they had over-booked their employee and they were sorry. Again, no call no follow-up, nothing! This is possible the worst customer service ever!
