My husband and I built a house last fall, and were overrun with hornets within a month of moving…read morein. I'd never needed an exterminator, so just started cold calling local companies I found online. After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). These seem like good people doing an honest business; I'd totally recommend them to anyone who wants to place one call and not have to worry about it again.

these yahoos are the Keystone Cops of pest services. In August I called to eradicate wasps. Guy…read moreshows up with no bee suit or spray, but a truck full of rodent traps. I have no rodent problems so declined that. Two weeks go by and the bee guy finally shows up. I paid for that service in full at the time, but somehow got myself into a contract. Fast forward to today when they tell me they are coming g to check and repair my rodent traps. I HAVE NO TRAPS. It is costing me $199 to "break my contract" .DO NOT USE.

Multiple times this business was told the contract would not be renewed. Calls/emails contined. Finally, I did receive confimation of non- renewal. But, as the last visit by the tech concluded, yet another voice was left, stating that if I did not contact them, the billing would continue,etc. I called, MPS, Brunswick. I believe the "billing" agent, when I was done understood the potential action I would take. I expect no more contact. I would never use again or recommend this company due this.

My dog found out for us that we had 'skunk' issues, you can guess how she figured that out. He came out early that morning to pick him up so he wouldn't have to be in the trap long and set another. The next day, the same thing. Caught one and came out to pick her up. He again, setup the trap but no more were caught. Mike was quick, humane and I think well priced. He did notice that I was a Veteran from my license place and told me that he wouldn't charge me for the tramp set up fee. How awesome was that. Mike never came back and the temporary exits fell out over the winter so we have the same bat problem not even a year later. After paying Mike over $1,000 for basically nothing we're feeling very ripped off. Extremely poor business practices leaving us to pay yet another company to take care of the problem

The people on the phone are nice, but management is terrible to deal with and have no empathy or sympathy for their customers. They must either dilute their treatments or mis-train their techs, as a different pest company was able to safely kill the flying death machines within one treatment. They'll upsell you on a monitoring system you don't realize you're signing up for, charge you to remove it, fail in what you hired them for, and then charge you to get out of your month-to-month contract. Poor value and poor attitude. Go with anyone else.
