DO NOT USE this company, you will be stuck like we were!!!!…read moreI was referred to Bob and thought I would get good service. He came and gave me an estimate then showed up and cut one of the 6 trees he was supposed to cut and remove. He only completed one and said he would be back for the others and asked for a check for $1,000. I gave it to him in good faith he would return.....every week I would call and was given different excuses and pushed off to the next week. Finally he was to come on Tuesday 7/18 he "said" he came by and it was too wet....I was there and he didn't come by....I phoned him that afternoon and he said it was wet and that he will come next week!!!! I had other companies lined up for work that weekend and Bob said to get someone else he would be out of town and couldn't do it till the following week! Ridiculous that he strung me along for 4 weeks when he was posting jobs he completed on Facebook!!! I just called him and told him not to come next week cause the trees are down, I hired someone else and asked for $400 refund....he said NO and hung up on me!!! Horrible customer service for sure...locks in people and strings them along while getting other jobs. Careful who you hire!!! Check out Donovan Tree Experts in Meredith, NH
