Under no circumstances would I hire this company. A bat got into my basement. I called seeking help for removal. This was in the evening. I was told emergency removal was $549. I explained that I had closed off the basement and could await an appointment during business hours. It was set for between 11 and 1pm. Today. I called today to talk to the tech who was assigned. Justin. I explained the issue. I was told that no inspection would occur, the bat needed to be in plain view. If so he would remove. He called me after 2pm, almost there. I said I'd be there shortly. My son allowed him into the house. He was dressed in shorts and a tee shirt. Found the bat immediately, stop a heating pipe near the finished ceiling. He immediately called his " boss" to ask what he'd be paid to remove the bat, " I know I'll get bit" Like he was worried, in his tee shirt, no gloves. He told my son he would not remove unless he got paid first. I arrived home, and this guy rudely demanded $499.00 to remove. I tried to ask why, this isn't an emergency off hours call, and he smirked at me and said pay me or I'm leaving, enjoy your bat. I reminded him there's such a thing as customer reviews, he said fine post your review, I'm outta here, and then he had the nerve to accuse me of being rude! So I went and got some gloves for me and my son, we opened a window, and closed off the room, got a garbage bag held it close to the bat, my son gave it a little poke into the bag, I closed up the bag and the bat is no longer in my house. This person is very rude, and not trustworthy at all. And any company that hires him cannot be reputable. Never call them. Never. read more

Quite disappointed. Working with them for the 1st couple months seemed to be fine. Gave them an initial 2500 deposit so they could remove the racoons and tarp the areas they damaged on my roof. Then paid them over 4k more the insurance company sent me to cover the first portion of the repairs/roof replacement but no work has been done or even started. I am now unable to contact anyone. No return calls or emails for the past 3+ months. 15 months now my roof has been tarped and I have waited for this to all be resolved. Closest I have got was their answering service twice where he assured me I would get a call back that day. Literally all I have asked for is tracking info or the ITEL report that I was told had been sent in for the 3rd time in April. Them, just like my insurance company are just hoping I give up and leave them alone. Not at all what I expected or hoped for when sold on them taking care of everything so I had nothing to worry about. After my recent experience, I can not believe there are actually positive reviews here. Guess maybe this Justin guy can act professionally sometimes? But I very much doubt it I'll spare the whole long story so here's the short version: Terrible communication skills, very little respect for others, and NO integrity. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's a shame you HAVE to give at least one star. My mother, in Allen Park, called Precision because she has bats in the .....chimney. (Yep, huge family joke material there...) They made arrangements to come look at her problem between 11am and 1pm on Saturday January 26, 2019. No show, no call. Mom called them around 2pm. "Vehicle trouble" was the excuse dujour. "We're terribly sorry", blah blah blah, blah blah blah, etc etc etc....."...we'll get back to you..." ...excuses are like (edited for family content) 'cause everybody's got one. 3, 4, 5pm, no call, no show. This company has poor communication skills. They seemed professional enough at the estimate but then things went south. The owner says I swore at and hung up on his 14 year old brother who answered when I called. Never happened. My cell wasn't working properly but I heard someone say, "This is Jonathan," So as I was hanging up the phone, I said to myself, "Who the hell is Jonathan?" I was calling for Justin the owner not a Jonathan. So I must have been confused or something. The young boy never said anything about being from Precision Wildlife. I never swore at anyone. Why is there a 14 year old answering anyway? This is a 6,000 dollar job and that is not professional. The owner should have called me back to clarify what happened on the phone with his brother(about swearing) and that he would not be doing the job anymore or that he did not want to work with us. read more

Would not recommend this company. Paid the deposit and never showed up! Please read if you're considering this company!! They have very poor communication, I was told they would give me a call when they're on their way and next thing I know they're just knocking on my door. This wouldn't have been an issue if they were staying outside but I had to let them in my house to quote properly and I work from home (difficult to plan around meetings when they randomly show up). I was informed I had to pay 1/2 of the money up front, sent it to them and asked to schedule a date and they told me it would be within the next week for sure (this was an early Monday morning) and that they would provide a two days notice for when they will complete the work. Fast forward a week and half goes by and I have heard nothing (obviously not getting a 2 day notice at this point to get the work completed by the date we agreed to) after texting, calling, and leaving voicemails. I felt I was never going to get the services I paid for since I can't get ahold of anyone and decided to open a dispute case with my credit card and conveniently they reached out 30 minutes after and said "we will be there in 30 minutes. I respectfully declined because I have been trying to get ahold of them and didn't get the promised 2 days notice. I was told by the employee, during the phone call, that Justin or Dave would give me a call in the next 15 minutes and by no surprise they never called to this day and it has been mid October! Just terrible, especially after they communicated that this was a time sensitive matter and HAD to be done in the next few weeks! It would have been a $1752 job for this company, was very surprised they couldn't communicate properly for that price! Ended up winning the dispute charge with my credit card company. Would NOT recommend! Also, they deleted my facebook review and blocked me. read more

They were able to come out same-day and the tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We paid this company to do a bat exclusion for our attic. They were quick and professional with the estimates and the work. We were told that they would come back in mid-July to remove the one way doors. I called, sent a text message, and emailed. They did not respond until I left a voicemail on their centralized call service. They scheduled a day to come and remove the doors. No show and no call. We're now stuck trying to find a different company to remove the doors and give us a quote for an exclusion. It seems like once we paid, they disappeared. read more

Horrible company that we called out for raccoon removal. Justin came out and gave us his personal number then left without saying anything. Wouldn't answer our calls or call us back. I called because I had bats in my attic. They were fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend!

I've had a great experience from Justin and his team. I called on a Thursday, he arrived Friday as scheduled to provide a quote and began work on time on Saturday. He's sealing the home to keep out the critters. He and his crew were very knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up after themselves. If I could give a zero I would. Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I will condense this but hopefully it will be succinct. I had a bat in my gas insert. The company answered immediately and said if I pre-paid $300 someone could be here in about an hour. I did not hesitate to pay. First thing the technician said when he got out here as he couldn't touch my insert. I told him I had to let them know that I had an insert he said he knew they told him and he couldn't touch it. But yet they took my 300.00. Second flag the tool the technician brought out to catch the bat with was a used paper coffee cup from Tim Hortons. Third major issue they couldn't find the bat and told me after checking my house the bat couldn't have gotten out so it was probably still in my flu and worst case scenario was that I would have a bat aquarium all winter. My neighbor who is a firefighter was here with me and was shocked and appalled when they left. The technician did check my attic in my roof and said I had no issues my house was tight. After about 45 minutes, know that found, the technician left after my comment about the bat aquarium. I tried twice to different days to reach the company they were too busy and sent me texts to say they would call me when they had time. No responses so I sent them a text to let them know that I was not happy and they were very quick to take my money and do nothing. I have put this on social media. I am sharing with yelp. And I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Do I mind paying for a service absolutely not. Do I mind getting cheated absolutely. And this company is listed first when you search as all pro. Didn't think much about it but please don't call the first company on the list and assume that they are good. Very very very disappointed is an understatement. Do yourself a favor pass on this company. And by the way they informed me that a good portion of the time there is no bat when they arrive. Great racket and way to take money. read more

TERRIBLE... If there were a 0 star rating that is what I would have left. When I spoke to Justin on the phone I explained my groundhog problem told him exactly where it had burrowed he said he would be out by 9 the next morning. He not only did not show up he did not call text email or anything to cancel the appointment. I called and left three messages text him and emailed him even after the fact the same evening and he never responded in any fashion. Cannot imagine a business person could think so little of a client as not to even respond in any way either to cancel make up an excuse or reschedule. If I ran my business that way I would not be in business do not call this person if you really have a situation that you need a professional for. read more

Professional! Kind! And courteous! Nobody wants to deal with a bat situation in their home, especially with small children. But Justin, the owner, was extremely patient and detailed throughout the process! He has showed up to every appointment on time, and has really taken his time answering our many questions!
