When a staff member finally came out, I asked if I'd get a reduced price for doing so. The very young man did not know, nor did he know how to operate the computer to get my information. He went in the back to speak to the manager about the oil filter. Another staff member came out and took my information and then went to start the oil change. I had requested the full synthetic oil change listed at $79.99. That seemed a bit high but this place is convenient for me. When the oil change was completed, I was told the total came to $95.07. When I asked about bringing my own oil filter and a reduced cost, they went to get the manager. The manager informed me the oil filter they include with the oil change is "free" and therefore I would receive no discount for bringing my own. She seemed a bit bothered that she had to explain this to me. I found this response and attitude unacceptable. I own three cars and now they have lost the maintenance and car wash business for all three. After leaving I looked at the $95.07 receipt and saw a $6.40 charge for "parts." What parts do you use in an oil change besides a filter? One last note - when I stopped across the street at an unrelated business, I related my unhappy experience at Squeaky Clean. The cashier said "Oh yeah, they're terrible." The customer behind me also said, "Yeah, I stopped going there over a year ago." There are plenty of places to get an oil change - I recommend you try one of them instead.

This is the second time that I've come here for service and have had to wait for someone to come in from wiping down or vacuuming a vehicle to see what I needed (which was to promptly pay and get out of there before my lunch was over). Hands down the worst shop I've ever dealt with. I went in to get ONE tire sensor replaced and they…read morekept my car for 8 hrs. When I finally got it back, not only did the new sensor not work, but all four sensors were not responding, my rim was damaged, and the tire they worked on had a slice in the sidewall. When I called them out, they immediately tried to flip it on me, saying I "must've hit a curb." No legit shop would ever do that unless they were trying to cover up their own mistake. Their response? "We'll call our rim guy." Well the rim guy said it wasn't repairable, and instead of owning up, they told me they weren't replacing a thing. So now I'm stuck dropping $700 on a new rim and tire that they refuse to take responsibility for. The owner Tony was rude, arrogant, and tried to bully me into thinking they "did me a favor" by patching the sidewall. A favor?? If I didn't know better about cars I could have been put in a dangerous situation. This place is a joke. Dishonest, careless, and dangerous. Don't trust them with your car. Ever.
