Around September 29, 2025, in late afternoon, I went to the Precision Tune on Peters Creek Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC. to get an oil change-but it was late, and there were so many customers in front of me, there was no way they could get to it that day. They suggested I come in early the next morning. So I did, and I spoke with their rep (initials S. T.) and she told me everything I needed to know. Very easy and enjoyable to speak with, very professional, etc.. When they were done, they told me a lot of things about the care I did not know. I was scheduled to take a long trip the next morning, so the information was very valuable. When I returned to Winston-Salem, I very badly needed four new tires. I was told to call as I was leaving work the next afternoon, to let them know I was on my way. I did, the tires arrived, and they put them on. When they were finished, I was given diagrams and a list of what they did, WHY they did it, which is Great, and all kinds of other info that I needed to know. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them to anyone. S.T. is very approachable with questions and answers, as is the team who did the work. I was trying to exercise his options to make his job easier because it was so packed and I also don't want to be there but he didn't want to do anything lol so why even bother...if you don't want to work then simply don't. Very nice and professional people. Have gone for oil change and inspections, and have not had an issue yet.

Took my car for an oil change left and got across town and noticed a smell of fumes. I lift my hood to notice the oil cap wasn't on my car. With the 2 hr wait my fluids weren't topped off and the negligence of not making sure my cap was on. It was great I caught it when I did and my engine didn't lock up before I noticed it. Its frustrating paying for things and not getting at least the bare minimum of what I'm owed. I literally spent my entire work day getting an oil change. read more

This place really sucks. I went there to get an oil change and find out how much it will cost to fix my check engine light. I had a coupon for the oil change which included a wheel rotation but I had just gotten new tires so I told them not to do the rotation. First they wanted $78 for the check engine light diagnosis. After all that they told me the they have to do more diagnostics to resolve the check engine light which would cost me more to fix it and had no idea how much it would end up costing me. Finally after all that they rotated my wheels when I asked them not to so I had to go back in and have them rotate them back. And after all that they just apologized and didn't even offer to compensate me in any way for the trouble of having to bring my car back in. read more

I've been using this establishment for several years. Today I arrived at 7:45 to get my oil changed. I stood at the front door and waited in line when was the first person. while getting my paperwork done the manager came out and said that I was last and someone else was first. I have waited in my car several times at this establishment while other people stood in line and they were allowed to go first. But for some reason this time I was told to go to the back of the line. Where I come from if you're first in line you get served first. You are not allowed to wander off or wait somewhere else and then be first in line. I will no longer return to this establishment and I will let my friends and family know to no longer return to this establishment. I spent a lot of money at this establishment and it's a shame they're about to lose all my business. read more

Total rip off joint. Take your car in for an oil change and they'll have you thinking you need a new engine!

I've been going to precision tune for nearly 5 years. I take both my truck and my wife's car. The last 3 times the service itself has taken upwards of 2 hours, which is forgivable. What's not forgivable is my car being completed, me waiting 45 minutes after my car has been brought out of the bay, and the manager giving me an attitude when I asked if i can get my keys and pay. I've spent thousands with precision tune over the years and I expect more. I won't be back. I found a local shop, (Webber Off-road) that is cheaper, faster and courteous. read more

Visiting my granddaughter for a week in Winston-Salem where she attends college, we had a major crisis when the brakes on her car failed on Easter Saturday. With her classes and work schedule, and my pending flight to Chicago from Charlotte, we were stranded and desperate. The new owner and management had his mechanics work tirelessly to get us back on the road, even having the crew stay an hour past closing. Above and beyond customer service! It is good to know my granddaughter and her wheels are in safe hands. read more

If you value your vehicle, please don't take your car here for repairs. They will break something else on your car just to get more of your business. They also lie about their product and their tires does not have a warranty on the as they say. I was told after buying a set of tires in December a one tire begin to split down the middle 2 week in January. They would not honor their product. I was very hurt and that's not good business practices. read more

It's disappointing how this repair shop treats customers. I was told a repair needed to be done to my vehicle. After repairs were done everything was just fine. One month later the part they replaced failed. I brought it back and was told "Yea that particular part breaks all the time. We will just keep putting different ones on until one doesn't break." Well sure enough after moving 6 hours away it broke again. Took it to another shop where I was located and was told that the part broke again, but it broke because of another part that was going to cost me close to $700. Called the Winston Salem location and I was told that I would be called back after the gentleman, Jason, could call his manager. Never heard back. Had to call back the following day and was told that they were just too busy to call me back. After calling customer service for multiple days and leaving multiple messages I never received any phone call back. After I called again many days later I finally got to talk to someone. The gentleman Ronnie with customer service was u willing to help in anyway. After essentially calling me a liar and telling me that there was no way his guy at the shop told me what I explained to him, he hung up on me. I called back to which I proved that what was told to was in fact factual I never received an apology for his rudeness and still no help was offered. Now that I am in another state they are unwilling to help and at first didn't even want to replace the part that was under warranty because he said the car wouldn't run if he did and I didn't spend the $700 to fix the rest. I called the shop it was at and was told it would run just fine with our spending the $700 the AC just wouldn't work. Stay away these guys lie to get you to spend money and then when you have an issue they ignore you. read more

On Aug 6 I called ahead to see when I can come in, they told me "now would be a good time" - when I got there I was sent away because they did not have time for me [it was 3:30pm and there was one person waiting on their car - they told me they are understaffed and cannot serve more people]. I then called today Aug 13 when I got off work t at 8:00am in order to schedule an appointment and they told me they do not take appointments. I explained my first experience with the store - and they said "the only way to guarantee service is to arrive at 8am" - which for me is impossible because of my work schedule. I will not be returning to this company - I rather pay more money for better customer service. I don't recommend anyone even bother with this place - it simply feels they like they just want to minimize the amount of work they have - and that is concerning - what type of effort do they actually put into the cars????
