I had an oil change and tire rotation. it took 2.5-3.0 hours.... way too long ! after that my truck vibrated. so I took it back and asked for the tires to be rotated back and "inspected" ... they said tires looked ok I got home and inspected myself and found a tire that was very worn on the inside I took the truck back and asked to have this tire swapped with the spare and then my tires rotated I was told I would have to pay for the rotation even though I asked for the tires to be inspected and they were not inspected at all as it was very obvious! I would not have needed a 3rd trip at all if they had done the job right on the second trip . If that's how a tire inspection is done then I can't imagine inspecting anything else here ! I was told "we can't keep rotating your tires for free" I wouldnt need the original rotation done if they had inspected the tires properly as I had asked! About five years ago up until recently, this was the only mechanic shop I trusted and I knew my car was in good hands and they never seemed to want to just milk me for money or rip me off. Now they don't even change oil on mini coopers because they apparently can't take the filter off without breaking something. They didn't break anything on my car, this is just what they said management told them... I guess it came from some executive, I don't know. Anyway, how disappointing. Then the same day I was like, forget about the oil change and how about a tune up then? They said they didn't have the right spark plugs in stock and I'd be better to go to the dealership. I guess they don't want me back. That's one star enough for me... but I give 2 stars as a generous memory of the past. read more

When you call all you ever get is a answering machine,so don't be surprised if you never talk to anyone.There Moro should be Precision Tune home of the excuses,when they screw up the repairs. Tried several more times to actually talk to a person,but no luck.Don't bother leaving message as no one will ever return call.Bottom line total waste of time and money,will never return for anything.Unless something that is supposed to be under warranty again needs repair,and then will take some where else to make sure repair was handled correctly.They don't care at all about customer service,or even just doing a good job at what you're paying them to do.DON'T GO!!!!! read more

This place is awesome!!! They do all of our regular maintenance on our cars and repairs that we may need. The lady at the front desk is absolutely hysterical!!!! I cannot for the life of me think of her name but she is very cool. Prices are decent also and they are quick to get your car in and repaired. read more

Called the shop which is about 10 minutes from my house and they said they could take me right in for an oil change, as they were not busy. By the time I got there, now there are 3-4 ahead of me. Possible, but think I just wasn't given the correct info to begin with, just to get me to come in. So I asked about how long I should expect to wait ... about 45 minutes. So I left the vehicle and walked over to the shopping mall nearby. An hour later I returned and they still had not taken my vehicle into the building. I got my keys and left. Please try to give accurate time estimates. If I had known ahead of time that I really just needed to leave the vehicle for 1/2 day or so, I would have arranged a ride back home rather than waiting on it. read more

If I could give it to zero Stars I would... Shortly after I left there my low engine oil light came on so I stopped to check it and it was low. It also look dirty so I decided to change the oil myself. The drain plug was so tight I had to use a breaker bar to get it loose... I was pretty sure it was going to be stripped but I was able to get it out. Do not I repeat do not use this place. They easily could have ruined my engine. read more

I went for the oil change with free tire rotation special, which they did not honor. Told me that I needed more than $400 of brake work, including turning the rear drums, which the manager said had been damaged. I declined, found a Groupon for Nehemia McBryde to do my brake work, instead, for less than $200.The rear drums were perfectly smooth and undamaged, so, the manager (with the multi-colored hair) at "Precision" had lied to me, in an attempt to gouge me for an extra $85 for turning the rear drums, which was completely unnecessary. The manager told me they had not rotated the tires,because of excessive tire wear (?), so they would not honor the coupon special price, but would charge me $10 more for less work. Unless you enjoy doing business with liars and thieves, stay away from this clip joint! read more

Ok first i had gone to this place like 5 years ago and had a problem but had since given them a second chance and was very happy for the past 2 years with them but now i will NEVER go or recommend this place to anyone! Went for an inspection and was told i had leaking from my brakes so i said fix it ok be back in 2 hours came back to them not even touching it and came back in the next week waited in the shop for 3 hours and they still after saying they would get to it they did not. Needed it done so the 3rd time is the charm right well charmed i was not. They fixed it but only to change the qoute prices twice,they were rude and told me it still need brake pads so i said fine i will do that myself. What pushed me over the edge with these people is after paying $600 + they never even filled up my brake fluid and after driving it on dry found this out. You have to be kidding me after years of business even after they did me wrong before, this is how they operate so BEWARE this business is a total joke and i will be sure to never go back ever again read more
