I've had a chronic shoulder/neck issue for the past several months. I've seen several doctors to try to address it and I regularly receive chiropractic care. I recently spent a month in Clayton far from my care team out-of-state and decided to try RPM to get some temporary relief. Jaraud incorporated specialized stretch and cupping into my massage and I experienced about 10 days with no pain at all. It felt like my muscles experienced a reset. I saw him 4 times in about 3 weeks and it honestly helped me so much. Even now, several weeks after I returned home, I'm not in the same pain I'd been in before. I have looked for massage places in my city that might be able to help me maintain the gains I experienced with RPM, but so far I've been unable to. RPM is a unique experience and has truly been a blessing for me! I can't wait until in can get back to NC to see them again!

If you have trouble with physical therapy, I highly recommend trying RPM out.

I saw Allie 3 times where she was kind and asked specific questions to help her give the best results. She took good care however it was not improving and I decided to book an appointment with the chiropractor Molly Hall. I booked in person for an appointment weeks away and added the time to my calendar on the spot. I received multiple emails. Some were reminders for the appointment and others were alerting me to fill out paperwork before the appointment. In the barrage of emails I only opened the one for paperwork because I knew I had the time booked on my calendar already. Around 12 noon on the day of the appointment, I finally finished my paperwork which notified of the cancellation fee. I wasn't worried because I booked in person and added it to my calendar. I got there 10 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment and was told that my appointment had been at 10am. Also, I had already been charged the $190 cancellation fee. I explained everything and Bridget, the receptionist , was sympathetic. She said she would talk to Dr Hall and see what we could work out. I called a couple days later to see how to move forward. Bridget explained that Dr Hall said I was sent a reminder email and missed the appointment. She continued with Dr Hall's response that she was in high demand and needed to get paid. I truly don't know how the mix up happened. It's possible the person I booked the appointment with inputted it wrong. I cannot comment specifically on Dr Hall's abilities as a chiropractor as I never got to meet her. However I believe I can speak toward her character as a human. She refused to acknowledge that there could be any fault on the part of the practice, she could not bend at all to nurture a relationship with a new patient that could need indefinite ongoing care and, very clearly, she needed to get paid. I personally won't be moving forward with any type of care from this practice.

My back pain had become so debilitating I had done over two years of physical therapy without relief, undergone injections, stopped all activities, and found myself only able to walk a few minutes a day total. I was at my wits end and was experiencing a lot of anxiety related to my pain and digestive issues. Acupuncture with Christi has been amazing in so may ways. I've had significant improvement in my pain AND the anxiety around my pain, and I've had improvement in my digestive issues. I still experience pain and not every day is perfect, but it's drastically more manageable than it has been in as long as I can remember. I've never felt more validated by a health care provider than with Christi, and knowing I have another tool in my toolbox for my health has been immensely helpful. I also didn't understand just how many things acupuncture can affect--I'm a notoriously bad sleeper and that has improved too! My favorite things about acupuncture (and Christi specifically) are how relaxing it is to have a session, how I get treated as a whole person, and how awesome it is to have someone say, "I understand what you're saying and it makes TOTAL sense. Here are some new ideas I have."

Christi De Larco is a thoughtful, gentle, and caring health practitioner who addressed not only my…read morephysical symptoms but my emotional well-being. I was referred to Christi by a friend when I mentioned that I was having both shoulder and hip pain. I was having a hard time sleeping, with hip pain waking me up multiple times during the night, and my shoulder pain was beginning to limit my activities. At our initial meeting, Christi took the time to ask questions and explore approaches I'd taken to alleviate the pain. She explained the acupuncture process and from that first appointment I felt so comfortable in her care. Her gentle approach, a combination of talking, gentle hands-on body work, and acupuncture, helped me to deeply relax and let me know that relaxation was possible for me, even with the pain I'd been experiencing. Christi helped me avoid anxiety about my pain and encouraged me to approach the healing process in a more positive light. Finally, my hip and shoulder pain have been significantly reduced since I started seeing Christi and I highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing pain and anxiety.
