Power services provided professional & low cost repairs for my home. After Harvey flood rebuilt, my…read morehome bedroom circuit and outdoor lamppost continued to get tripped & shut off. They figured out the root cause and remedied both my indoor / outdoor electrical issues. They installed a new control panel and separated the indoor & outdoor circuits. Even though there was heavy rain that day, they came right away and continued to work on my electrical problems till it was repaired. After few months I called them for the noisy exhaust fans & installing new bathroom lights. They recommended Panasonic's quiet exhaust fans for my bathrooms & installed three of those exhaust fans. They also recommended & replaced my chandelier bulbs with bulbrite LED bulbs to drop the power bill for that chandelier from 800 wa to 100 watts. They explained & ensured safety of my home so that overloaded chandelier switch doesn't heat up and cause fire. I called them because they are accredited as master certified electrician. I didn't want to trust safety of my home with just any electrical company. Highly recommend them for professional, master certified safety & reasonably prices!

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.
