The area is always left clean, I get an email report afterwards telling me what they did and showing me a photo of the pool, providing evidence they were there. I talk with my technician a little bit and always receive professional and respectful communications and services. I am thrilled with Tobin and the company for our continuously perfect water.

Their idea of "cleaning" was limited to throwing in chemicals, and on rare occasions, checking the filter. Anytime there were toys or debris at the bottom of the pool, they'd leave them there. One time, my son left a water gun in the pool, and after one of their so-called "cleaning" visits, I discovered it still there. By the time I fished it out days later, it had left a rust stain. When I reached out for help, they had the nerve to quote me $140 just to "test the stain" before they even treated it. To top it off, their pricing for actual work is ridiculous--when we needed a new pool heater and lights, their quote was more than double what other companies offered. They are not only lazy but outrageously overpriced. Today was the final straw. After our pool cage was damaged in a storm, leaving debris in the pool, the tech came out and--surprise, surprise--dumped some chemicals in and left the leaves at the bottom. When I called to complain, I told them, "You have one job, and that's to clean the damn pool." Instead of apologizing or correcting their terrible service, the owner called me back, claimed I was "rude" to the employee, and FIRED me as a customer! In short, Triple J Pool Cleaning is the epitome of laziness, overcharging, and complete disregard for customer service. They don't like being held accountable for their lack of effort. If you're looking for a pool service that actually does the job, look elsewhere--these guys aren't it. Save yourself the frustration.

He has some fettish about ordering people around and exactly when 'you will do what'. And I'm not referring to paying on time any normal thing that could be truly legit, objectionable, to a normal owner. Customers are not children and the arrogant attitudes going on with this owner is the oddest thing I've seen in business, in a few decades. And I've worked with many many entities. We had visited a local recommended pool supplier about putting in a handrail for our inground pool…read more They said we could not put in a desired stainless steel hand rail since it was not a new installation. We did not like the plastic, cheap looking solutions they offered and the price was very high. We decided to look around and went to Pinch-A-Penny in Lutz, FL for something else but asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. They the exact model we were looking for and said they had an installer. The price was very reasonable so we bought the hand rail and I called Michael's to schedule the install. They quickly gave me a date a few days out. The tech's sent me a text to let me know they were on there way and I had the part ready for them when they arrived. They took the time to listen to my thoughts on the install and they had some very good recommendations on where to install. I was told they would tell me what type of escutcheons to purchase for the install but they had anticipated what I needed and had it with them. This saved me a trip to pick some up. They had to drill two holes in my pool deck and they did a good job limiting the dust and cleaned up after they cemented the handrail in place. While there, they took a look at a pool light issue and were able to quickly determine the problem and took the time to educate me on how the system works. I would not hesitate to call them for any pool issues in the future.

After having my pool professionally tested, I purchased a robotic pool cleaner and was shocked by the amount of debris it collected just one day after a scheduled service. Furthermore, my water chemistry was dangerously off-balance. I had to personally add five bags of salt, a gallon of stabilizer, a gallon of liquid chlorine, and a gallon of muriatic acid to correct it, despite the company claiming they were treating the pool. I gave this business numerous chances, even overlooking major mistakes like them leaving a salt cell open and draining half my pool. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your pool care.

The last technician was on his phone the entire time he was here, which consisted of about five minutes. Each time Seaside services the pool, we get an email with a picture of the pool which includes all of the readings, what chemicals were added and all of the services performed. I hired Express Pools to fill and service my brand-new PebbleTec pool, a project that cost me over $20,000. This was just 1.5 years ago. Since the install, Express Pools has been the only company to touch the pool. Recently, I discovered extensive scaling on not only the PebbleTec finish but also on the pool tiles, indicating this was not a product issue, but likely a maintenance failure. When I contacted the owner, he dismissed it as a PebbleTec problem, despite visible scaling on the tiles. I reviewed surveillance footage and discovered that the pool technician was often on-site for less than two minutes. This raises serious concerns about the quality and consistency of care. I was promised months ago that this would be addressed by the owner. To date, nothing has been done. As a result, I now have costly damage that is not covered under warranty. On top of that, we recently hosted my child's birthday party, and several kids left in tears with burning, bloodshot eyes. I was mortified. This company has been negligent, unresponsive, and dismissive. I hope this review spares another family from the same stress and financial loss.

Good at trouble shooting and his work is clean and thorough. Our pool tech, Iunior, is super friendly and always does a thorough job for us. He has kept the cool very clean and clear and is always willing to answer my questions about pool maintenance. The owner, Mark, has been out a few times to "cover" for a pool tech. He is also easy to talk to and willing to give good info when I have questions. I'm very satisfied with the service that we get from Aqua Wizard.
