We were having a problem with Gnats! Not just one or two but dozens and dozens. We didn't know we're they were coming from and some other places we called said they couldn't and wouldn't help us. On a whim i called his number and I'm glad that I did! Rob showed up as promised took a quick scout around our home inside then out. He located the problem outside and said he had a plan. He did his thing and we saw an immediate difference. During the evening hours when we experienced heavy gnat presence there were none. It's been several days now and none has returned! Even though I would have paid a kings ransom to rid my home of these pest Rob didn't charge me as such. He was comparable to other exterminators that I used in the past. I hope this helps you make a good decision on an excellent professional! Just FYI I'm located in southern Chester county area but does travel pretty far! Philadelphia Wilmington MD!

Rob was our tech, he worked us into his schedule even though we needed service after 5pm since we both work. He explained their ant program,(used baits indoors for safety (we have kids and pets), and treated the entire exterior. He said he would come back in 3-4 weeks as part of this treatment, and he did. And just like he said, in 2 weeks we didn't see any more ants! Best money I ever spent for Pest control services! Highly recommend Absolute Pest for any Pest control service!

A lil long review (be warned lol)…read more Last year, my neighbors and I had a problem with ground wasps in our front yards. We tried DIY solutions (soapy vinegar water in the holes at night, apple cider vinegar & mint spray) but nothing really worked. So we just dealt with it. A year later (now) we're dealing with these scary wasps again and this time it seems like there are more of them and they spread across five different houses! We're on a rowhome block as many Philly neighborhoods are. Anyway, my one neighbor called a different exterminator service but the spray they used didn't seem to work as effectively. In my household, we got a recommendation from a friend to call Harpoon and we did. Quincy, the exterminator, told us over the phone that those wasps were cicada ground wasps - ugh - and said the best way was to spray inside of the holes that they dig. When they go back to the treated holes, they'll eventually die. He promised to come the next day and so he did. He gave an overall check in our backyard and front yard for nests and said he'll be back the following day to treat. Quincy came back and took down an old wasp nest in the backyard. In the front yard, he did two treatments - one with a concentrated sprayer and another one with this high-powered ghostbusters-like backpack sprayer (or as my sister calls it, a supercharged turbo blaster) lol. He was thorough, even going on the grass spraying into holes while these things were flying around! The next morning when I left out, I saw dead wasps on the ground while some were still flying around. When I got back home from work hours later, I saw NO wasp flying around in our yard - only in the untreated yards nearby. He said to give it a few days to a week and they would be gone from our yard. Welp, I believe him already - thanks so much Quincy!
