He did regular treatments and followed up to make sure that our pest problem wasn't recurring. When our bug problem became a mouse problem, he came by immediately with traps. When the mouse got loose in the house, he coached us through how to catch it live on the phone, and came by the next day to check on us. The remediation and repair should be covered under warranty, but I can't get a hold of the manager for the Newark office, no one returns phone calls. They have not responded to certified letters. Although they would set traps as often as necessary, I asked them to instead keep them from getting in in the first place. So in addition to the yearly service fee, they sold me an Exclusion Service for $325. to do a complete inspection and mitigate any place the mice be gaining access to the house. They completed the Exclusion in December, I had mice in Feb and again in March. Warranty was over in December of the following year, in Feb I had more mice trapped. I called them to inform, knowing warranty had recently expired, ...they promised to look into it, and call me back....it's June and I"m still waiting. You decide....
