I won't disrupt the nearly universal posting of bad reviews on Jeff Faso and Precision Paving. As others have stated or insinuated, he is a crook at worst, a charlatan at best. He did our driveway and the sealer washed off with the next rainfall. This left a huge slick of black mess where it ran off on to the the lawn where our two dogs then tracked it in the house! What a mess. IF I had the time and inclination I'd take him to small claims court but not worth my time. I would never use again and my advise to you is run away from Jeff Faso as soon at you can! read more

I responded to a mailbox card to seal a blacktop driveway, left a voicemail with my details and the number on the card and never heard back. Two weeks later I called again and was told 'this week, and we'll call you the night before'. 3 days later I called, because they had done multiple driveways one block over. 'We stopped there and nobody was home' was the answer, which is not true since it's a pandemic and I can't leave the house not to mention the camera in the front window had no activity, and my dog did not bark. One last chance, and you guessed it: nobody showed up, calls go straight to voicemail, no response from my voicemails. What a waste of time. You can check with others about quality because I never got that far. I also don't appreciate being lied to about 'stopping by to do the job' and placing the onus on me. Look elsewhere for a reliable blacktop seal, Precision Paving get your $h!t together. read more

My wife and responded to a mail box quote that was reasonable but not the cheapest. I called left a message, Jeff did not respond should have been our first tip off. I called again he responded, told us he would get to us in a week, two weeks went by I reached out and got the same response. 2 weeks later he called us on July 4th at 4:30 pm to tell us he was heading to our house, we were at a family picnic but we left to meet him at the house. when we arrived he was blowing the driveway off, we discussed the job, he told us he only accepted cash so we paid him and went back to our picnic. he called us 45 minutes later said he was having trouble, suggested we power wash the driveway and he would come back to complete the seal coat. I power washed the driveway the next day, called him, texted him that i was ready. that was approximately 7 weeks ago. no response to multiple calls and text messages. this guy is a crook, no excuse not to respond and work something out. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, read more

Specialties

Providing professional asphalt services to WNY for 33 years. One of the areas that sets us apart from all other companies is we apply our Sealer with a squeegee application as the squeegee follows the contours of your driveway leaving sealer where it needs to be. Unlike our competitors most use a brush application which when pulled over the sealer the tiny bristles of the broom get into the pores and depressions of your driveway and pull the sealer out, thus defeating the main purpose of Sealcoating and protecting your asphalt. We take great pride in our work and all our work is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We also are grateful for our Veterans and we provide them with a 10% Discount off any service. The same applies for our Senior citizens they also receive 10% Discount off any service. Tried several different sealcoat companies over the years, and found Precision Paving to be the best. Professional application of a heavy coating that binds nicely to the asphalt and holds up very well to ice and snow. All cracks and seams thoroughly filled to ensure seal integrity. *BEWARE OF ADRIAN HALL FROM "OASIS CARPENTRY AND CLEANING*…read more I hired Adrian Hall for a deck removal, drive way extension, rebuilding a balcony and foundation work. Upon initial estimates he seemed to have his business together and claimed to be licensed and insured (I found out later through the city that he is not), I also noticed that his business address listed here at 3 Fairbanks Ave is fake. During the course of the first few days of the project I started noticing numerous red flags including the poor quality of his work which was not just terrible but flat out concerning. Adrian only worked 1-3 hours every couple of days. He did not repair anything to code. He also left a huge mess that had to be ripped back out and re-worked by a new contractor that I had to hire. I tried to be reasonable and allow him to keep some of the money for some of the work he did but he had no intention of making it right. I eventually had to fire him and won judgement in small claims court. He is still out there to my knowledge scamming good honest people please learn from my misfortune and do your research on contractors.
