My husband and I are disabled and on social security so we were greatful for the consideration. They arrived very late in the day, after setup worked on tree for less than hour and a half. It was getting dark and they said they would be back in morning. Their work rope hanging from tree, and they never came back. I have reached out and after several months will be starting small claims process. We believe we were a quick extra cash job because christmas was days away. We paid them what they asked and added additional cash in appreciation. In need of help we made a cash, no reciept, tax free arrangement. But texts are reciepts in court. They were fast, thorough, courteous and professional all the way. Matt knows trees. Great work ethic taking care to do the job right. Very impressed with the process of felling a large dead tree. They mulched and raked up all the debris leaving the yard in great shape. Great communication scheduling the job and he showed up when he said he would. Getting a tree cut down can be a stressful undertaking but Matt made it easy. He made me feel comfortable that the job would be done right. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Highly recommend Ridgeview Tree Service.

I hired Brad in the spring to re sod, it helped to get his season started, all was well and he said…read morehe would come back in the fall to do additional work and apply his fall discount. Work was somewhat completed but not completed as there was a miss communication of the scope of work. I am left with components of work not completed and a skid of interlock on my lawn that I will have to deal with in the spring. Brad did say that he could put me on his list of spring starts, I have no intention of that . It appears Brad became very busy to meet other obligations prior to season end and hence the poor review. I invested $ 4,000.00 in Blooms this year thinking things would be done, I feel I have been not treated in a professional manner. Robert Kimpinski Architect
