I would like to share my story with you and thank you for the amazing products you provide. I have always had foot pain, hips pain, and back pain ever since I entered into my 40s. With my Foot Levelers functional orthotics, I can now run up and down the stairs, the treadmills, get up and down out of my chair and perform my normal duties without foot, knee, ankle, leg and lower back pain. I was referred to Precision Orthotics in Dublin by a family member for my orthotic needs. I have some chronic pain in my feet that bothers me when I take my daily walks. I needed some support for my feet to help with the pain, so my husband bought me some generic shoe insoles from a drugstore. They didn't help much because they didn't fit my feet well and I needed something more customized and with a better fit. I was told that this place in Dublin does a great job for orthotics, so I made an appointment and went in for my appointment. My experience at Precision Orthotics was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. From making the appointment to receiving my orthotics, the whole process was very professional and easy. Dr. Rajan and his assistant were very helpful with everything from taking measurements and evaluating my feet, to answering all my questions. My orthotics were ready within a few weeks. Dr. Rajan gave me clear instructions on how I should wear the orthotics so that my feet would get used to them for the first week or so. And he also checked up on me after a week to make sure the orthotics were working properly. I am very impressed with the service that I received at this office. The staff is friendly, professional, caring and they offer high-quality orthotics from Footmaxx. Also, their office is very clean and welcoming. The waiting area has a coffee/tea station with a well-stocked variety of tea and coffee. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking orthotics, you will be well taken care of for sure. I had been pleased with Footmaxx orthotics for years and needed a new pair. They helped with the pain and problems caused by being born with flat feet. My provider had moved and I was having difficulty in finding a Footmaxx resource. Then, I found Dr. Rajan's office in Dublin. I explained to him that I just wanted to replace my orthotics with the same brand and measurements, as I was happy with them. Dr. Rajan did a thorough measurement and explained that a minor change to the height of the arched area could provide additional relief. I was hesitant to make any changes but decided to proceed with his recommendations. As instructed, I wore them for a limited number of hours, increasing the time as weeks passed. There was a definite elevation to my arch that changed the way my legs felt. It has now been six weeks and I wear them the entire day. I can now stand longer without experiencing any pain.
