What a great experience: I finally found a place I can trust that cares about perfection in the…read morework done to my vehicle (I actually got to watch them work and communicate with each other during tasks and I was impressed), that cares about true customer satisfaction and relationship that can lead to lifelong collaborations that make the entire journey of truck modification and "accessorizing" more enjoyable, and that does its best for fair prices... As a fabricator/welder/engineer, I usually do all work myself; Unfortunately, I got hurt before this installation, which, oddly, turned out to be fortunate because, all of the meticulous attention to detail and perfection I always give, I found that and more in the staff at Diversified Off-Road - Upon my first communications with Seth, I could tell this place puts their customer's satisfaction first. Seth and I laid out a plan for the parts I had already ordered, my wife and I dropped off our vehicle and parts the same week to Seth and Kim (Kim is great also), and we got to observe some of the work being done. My wife got to be the first of us to drive the truck, and she had a smile on her face the entire way from Ohio back into Michigan: We are extremely pleased with our experience and the quality of work done - I was just under the truck all day yesterday doing rust prevention with my POR-15 products; I was looking at their work close-up, and, perfect, I couldn't be happier... Installing lifts and all of the other modifications are challenging and the parts cost quite a bit. Diversified Truck-Auto & Off-Road IS the best balance. As a business, I look at the years they have been providing quality work, and we need them to survive and thrive as they provide a livelihood for their staff, and they help to build our community; so when they are looking at the balance of work, they are doing their best on pricing, timing, and complete satisfaction (I can see that in the future plans we are discussing for Retrax Eq and a Bed-Slide, among other work). I had been inquiring with numerous other shops in the area and was planning to go to Integrity in Oklahoma believe it or not, until I found this shop so much closer to home. Diversified satisfied every single detail and desire I had for my installation.

I live in North Carolina, and I had to find a place quickly on my way back home…read more My mechanic down here gave me a list of places that this place wasn't a part of because of some sort of "network" my mechanic is part of. I decided to go with this place anyway and I am so glad I did. Not only was he able to fix my issue on such a short notice, but Steve personally handled this. For the price: he was less than what AI was telling me other places charge within the area. I never felt like I didn't know the status of my vehicle, I never felt like I was in the dark, and I never felt like I wasn't "family". Lange's Automotive is the best! I found them after I had a terrible experience at a different…read moreautomotive repair shop. I looked to see who had good reviews in the area and found them...and they live up to their good reputation! My negative experience at the other automotive shop involved paying large sums of money for them to misdiagnose my car, take forever to fix it, and give it repairs it didn't even need only for my car to still not work after they gave it back to me! After getting fed up, I found Lange's had good reviews, so I took my car to them in hopes of finally having a functioning vehicle. They have a wonderful website (the other automotive place did not), you can schedule an appointment right there on the website (unlike the other place), and/or call them and someone will actually answer or you leave a message (the other automotive place didn't even have an answering machine!). Because of these amenities, I was able to get my car in there and within less than half a business day, they were able to correctly diagnose what the problem was and fix it (it took the other automotive place three days to diagnose it, a week to fix it, and they didn't even fix/diagnose it correctly!). The best part was that my repair was less than half of what the bad automotive place charged me. Actually, the best part was that they were very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. They are good at what they do for a living, and possess great interpersonal communication skills (in contrast to other automotive places where they are constantly crabby on the phone). They understand that people have to work for a living, and because I work nearby, they will give me a ride back to work after dropping off my vehicle so that I don't have to miss work while my vehicle is being repaired! This is great for someone like me who works three different jobs! Lange's has become our designated family automotive repair place. We have taken our Honda, Toyota, Jeep and Chevy there for maintenance and repairs and they've delivered excellent service each time! They are incredibly knowledgeable about many different vehicles. On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. For example, we took our Jeep in for an oil change and they diagnosed the clunking sound we were hearing, told us about how a new track bar will fix the problem, and offered an estimate for repair if we chose to fix it. They didn't charge us for the diagnosis, just the oil change, which I thought was very generous, and we learned something new about our vehicle! They will not try to nickel and dime you here. They are honest and straightforward...which is what I believe every place should be but it is hard to come by nowadays! Keep up the good work Lange's!
