Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again. Thank you Google (sorry Yelp) because I'm still new to Michigan and Ann Arbor and had no idea the Weingartz was even a place! So I picked up the phone, spoke to a lovely man, told him what I wanted, and gave my credit card number. I asked about contactless pick up, and when I pulled up, the gent wheeled my brand new snowblower out into the parking lot and loaded up in my car. No muss. No fuss. Easy peasy. And priced competitively with the big box stores, all while buying local. The machine is wonderful. It throws snow like a champ. My back is happy. My wallet is happy. My neighbors who walk are happy. My community is just a teeny tiny bit better because I kept my purchase to a Michigan based business. I hope it lasts for a thousand years. Offered to help load the equipment in my vehicle. 100% satisfaction. They have a steady stream of customers seeking care, advice and assistance. It appears home and business owners. Show room is very organized, packed with new equipment on display, with knowledgeable sales folks I briefly met. Prior to my satisfactory and successful visits, I skimmed several prior Yelp review profiles and saw some 1's and was skeptical. However, Weingartz reality I experienced is not at all like those posts. It's near impossible to provide the service, staff, expertise, and stock innumerable parts to service everyone with malfunctioning busted old equipment.
