A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. I…read moresearched for several years for a primary physician after moving to Naples from a small town Southwest of Chicago. I knew I hit the jackpot with Dr. Martinez! He is very personable, attentive to your needs, and he actually listens to what you have to say regarding how you feel, and supports your input in your care plan. He follows up to make sure the care plan that is implemented is actually working. He is the total package when it comes to finding the perfect family Doctor! Today my husband had an ultrasound (at another facility)that Dr. Martinez had ordered last week. Unfortunately, the ultrasound tech said that a different order would be required to perform this test. The tech attempted to call his office right from the room, but was unable to get through. (That is the only negative remark I would ever say about this business, at times it is hard to get through). Luckily, I was in the room. I pulled my phone out and emailed Dr. Martinez our situation, and asked that he send the corrected order to this facility. (He has an email listed on his business card from his office). Within 3 minutes the phone in the techs room was ringing and it was Dr. Martinez giving the corrected order! Neither of us could believe the prompt response! I am a nurse, and I have to say it's very rare to have that kind of response from a physician. The tech was able to continue with the test, and we were soon on our way. If you are looking for that one on one type of attention from a Doctor, and even his staff, then look no further. Extra tidbits of info: Plenty of parking in the rear of the building, many services offered here including on site lab draws. (No more having to take a lab order elsewhere)! I would never trust this doctor again. My insurance (Cigna) issued an updated EOB that clearly…read morestates I owe $0, yet he continued to send me bills and threaten collections -- even after receiving the corrected documents. According to Cigna, attempting to collect a balance the insurer says the patient does not owe is not allowed, but he insisted on billing me anyway. He also has no billing department and told me he handles all billing himself, which I know leads to errors. He has other reviews where people claim fraud. Instead of correcting his errors, he became defensive and hostile with me. My visit was in 2023, but because he made a mistake in billing, he tried to fix it two years later. Cigna confirmed this was a billing issue on his end, not mine, and that I owe nothing. Yet, he still sends me a bill from a visit 2 years ago with threats of collections. Despite that, he argued, called names, and responded in ways I have never experienced from a medical professional. The communication was extremely unprofessional. Based on my experience, I have reported him to the appropriate agencies. I would strongly advise others to use caution when choosing this provider. The billing practices, communication, and attitude were all major red flags for me.

They also had a bad leak in the coils and they want to charge to refill the faulty 1 and a half year old air conditioner. I believe it's their warranty should cover this and not the homeowner for this leak. They finally came out and replaced the 1.5 year old coils today.
