I have always treated everyone with respect, and the claims being made against me are entirely inaccurate and manipulative.Please consider the following factual timeline and details of what occurred:Incomplete Service: The technician arrived strictly to perform routine maintenance. The AC unit was functioning completely fine before his arrival. However, he failed to snake and vacuum the drain lines. Because this critical step was skipped, the AC unit stopped functioning, and the temperature in my home continuously rose after he left.,fixed.I was deeply hurt, overwhelmed, and distressed by this treatment. I was pushed to the point of crying and hyperventilating because my home was dangerously hot, and I was being subjected to hostile, manipulative behavior by this vendor.I did absolutely nothing wrong. I have always been polite, welcoming, and cooperative with maintenance staff. this woman insulted me by calling me a "danger." She issued a strict ultimatum stating that when the worker arrived, I was not allowed to look at him, ask him any questions, or talk to him at all, or he would immediately leave. She also aggressively told me not to call her office or call Dominic again. I want to explicitly state that I never called her office or Dominic; they both called me. My AC went out right before christmas day and I need my AC. Rian made a trip to my house on christmas eve day. I was very impressed and he was very knowledgeable. He even let me watch the work. I probably bothered him but he was very nice. After that I scheduled my maintenance with him. Rian even does dryer vent cleaning. My vent was disgusting. His prices are very reasonable. The dryer vent cleaning was the cheapest I have seen even with intro deals and groupons and that is his regular price! Wanna stay cool call Rian and RDS. There will be no makeup/breakup with my old AC guy. I am now sticking with RDS. They have me as a customer as long as they will have me.

I received an email with the date/time/ free estimate written in email. I called to reschedule the date and I was told there was no appt scheduled and they do not give free estimates. I was told its a $200 fee to come out for an estimate and this will not apply to any work done by them. The worst part is I forwarded their e-mail back to them because I felt I needed to prove they scheduled an appt with me and it quoted "free estimate" on their email. The reply I got back, "This email came from our call center and we do not give free estimates." Wow! Not even an apology for their own call center giving incorrect information. I at least expected a manager to call me to discuss this. The cost they charge is actually excessive when I checked comps and most companies at least apply it to the final bill. If thinking of using RDS the customer service is definitely lacking professionalism.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

Horrible. AC went out this summer. Tech said it was the overflow switch. They wanted $158 to…read morereplace that. He bypassed it we replaced it and the AC worked for 1 day. Went out again. Different tech came out who seemed a more experienced one. Said it was the thermostat. That it was caused by a surge and FPL under our contract with them would reimburse us for it. Said Caloosa would help get the paperwork in. He charged us over $400 for a thermostat that was worth maybe 160. Spoke with FPL who needed a form filled out. Caloosa refused to fill it out. Multiple back and forth calls to them and the manager. So not only were we overcharged but we are out the whole amount because they lied, overcharged, refused to help and FPL time line is now past due. What a piece of work they are. DO NOT USE THEM unless you like liars, being overcharged and totally unhelpful.
