They provide a small window of arrival and actually arrive early. They are knowledgeable and clean. They introduce themselves and shake your hand. Best HVAC company in Naples, FL. The Cool Zone team did an amazing job of installing a new central air conditioning system for us 2 years ago. This year they replaced our AC ducts in the attic. Was a loyal customer for years. Now I have one unit down, another newly installed unit leaking causing a hole in my kitchen ceiling, and they keep sending an unprofessional and incompetent tech who can't fix any of it but is always "just being honest with me" when he repeatedly tells me I'm out of luck. I've been left for days without AC in my bedroom on the hottest days of the year. Great company! Family owned and operated. All the techs I've had were honest and did there job.

A rare and wonderful experience! The gentleman that came to repair my 10-year-old system could have taken advantage of claiming all kinds of things. They unclogged the drain pipe and wiped down the entire unit. It is working just fine and they never attempted to upcharge or anything. Sam was my tech and he was training, Gene, an equally as lovely a person. When I called the office the woman that answered the phone was charming, too. I feel very lucky to have found CoolZone Cooling & Heating Contractors to help me at my home. After Hurricane Irma, when my power returned, my air conditioner was not cooling. Within 2 hours they were at my home, had a temporary fix that allowed it to function and ordered the new parts I needed. I felt a little guilty because no one at the company had power much less A/C yet they were out at my house helping me. When the new parts came in, they contacted me (I didn't have to call them) and the installation was handled efficiently. I found EVERYONE at the company that I have interacted with to be friendly, professional, kind and efficient. I cannot say enough good about this company from the top down. Thomas in my opinion is a skilled knowledgeable tech. He spotted a deteriorated filter that could fail. Obviously keeping old things going is better than their replacement. I'm giving them a three. We've been in a new place for a month now (renting) and they've been out a total of four times. So I appreciate their follow up and making sure things are done right. I don't know what the issue is and why it wasn't fixed the first time but I know ac's aren't easy to fix in one sweep so I'm not upset at that, I'd prefer a thorough job over a month rather than multiple visits over many months. The problem is I twice I've gone to see if they were still here to see the work van(s) gone and our garage door opened up and they're not there. If you leave let us know, yes we rent the place but we too should be updated and shouldn't have to have a risk of our stuff being exposed to the heat or the possibility of theft. Again it seems they're thorough with their work but the door being left open with us being left in the dark that they even left leaves me a little weary. read more

On Wednesday we had our air conditioner evaluated because we felt it was not cooling properly. The technician told us he found a small leak and he had put in freon, but did not know how much. He also said we could either put some leak preventative and see if it worked or replace the coil. He told us the leak preventative was only $50, so we opted to try it,because a new coil was $1700. He then told us he did not have any on the truck and would come back the next day. We called today because he did not come and the unit is still not working properly. We were told today it would cost us an additional $200 for him to come back out. We were charged $425 to evaluate and put in 2 pounds of freon. If we had not been told it was only a small leak and possibly the leak preventative could help, we may have stopped at an evaluation which was only $100. The pressure test probably caused the leak to expand and all the freon has escaped. We are extremely let down. read more
