My initial barber moved and his first suggestion was Mike Roy owner of Precision Kutz Barbershop. I went a few times and although he only got me in the chair for my weekly 7:30 AM appointment on-time one time he cuts great. This meant that I got to work than normal. One time I left at 9:15 AM with having a 7:30 AM appointment. I went on vacation & the day we returned (a Monday) I was 20 minutes late to my appointment and Mike with an attitude shared that his time is precious and I should have called. Then, I missed my next three appointments accidentally. The, first one was the Friday of the same week so that I got back on schedule and with not being back in my groove yet I forgot. Then, the next week was because I had a family emergency at home where we had to call the ambulance. I did text him later that day to apologize and offer what happened. The last one, was due to a doctors appointment, but I stop by afterwards apologized and tried to pay for my missed appointments. Mike did not take the money and his reply was that he has customers who always do not show up. I went on line to reschedule for later that day and shared a note that I am not one of the customers, that I am a man of my word with good character. I showed up a weekly later for my next appointment at 7:30 AM and did not sit in the chair until 8:10 AM. When I walked in to someone sitting int he chair I stated that I would be back in about 10 minutes. My thought is how dare you say how important your time is, but have no regard for mine. Then, you proceed to have conversations with the gentleman in the chair and now the one that just walked in. When the first gentleman pays you wish him a Happy Holiday. When I pay you just say, "oh ok". Well, the lack of respect for my time, lack of respect for me when I tried to correct me mistakes and then to completely ignore is unacceptable. I was not looking for a best-friend, but if you want respect you must give respect. read more
