I about hit the floor and called him out but he said that's the cost. So I wouldn't get the cops called on me, I paid it, and was going to call the manager to get it squared away. I ended up speaking to Robert who is the owner of the Ashland branch and explained to him that I was expecting a $70 quote not a $600 bill and the garage door was still not working. He said I signed a contract, but I called him out on that because I never signed anything and he admitted to the tech drawing line through my signature spot. Fraud? He then even agreed that I should've got a quote first, and even told me I should've refused paying and called him directly ( impossible to get a hold of anybody at that company as they use a third-party ). I requested half of a refund which I thought was generous. He strung me along for a month and I could never get in touch with him. I had to even fake a tech call from my wife's phone number to actually get a call from him. In the end, he blamed the company owner on not giving me any sort of refund. Absolutely horrible service and borderline illegal. I've submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Virginia to have them handle it.

Junior was VERY professional. He came to install a new door opener. He couldn't believe the opener had been lifting the heavy door for so many years and with the door having NO spring installed. The door was so heavy even my husband and son together could not lift it. He was afraid a new opener would be damaged trying to lift the door. After much discussion we decided to replace the door instead. So he arrived the next day to install the new door, a job he anticipated would take 2-3 hours. Well, as he was working he came across several problems like having to chip out the concrete a bit on each side to make room for the new track. He showed me how our the same thing had been done when the other newer door was installed by the previous owners. Anyway, that and another problem doubled his time on the job. Throughout the day Junior remained polite and professional. He even called me the next morning after he couldn't sleep worrying about the outdoor extension cord my husband kept running under the old door. The service technicians Tim and Zack arrived in a prompt manner and were very pleasant and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me the best, most affordable solution to the problem. They then completed the job in a timely manner. A lifetime warranty came with the motor and parts they replaced within the garage. I made an error in programming the keypad the next day, and they returned to help me out as a courtesy with no charge.
