Within an 1.5 hours he had fixed my door by replacing the spring, fixing the panels and reprogramming the motor by himself. I was really stressed about the situation but Kevin made it better by being professional and extremely fast. He turned the emergency into a situation where my wife and I can now properly plan for a new door instead of rushing into buying new one immediately.
