However, what caught my attention about Fresh and Clean was that it was a small business owned and run by a single person (Will) and his helper). That impressed me, plus the fact that his write up about his years of experience and love of his work. convinced me that I should give him a try. When the owner of the service is on site all the time, you can bet that the end result will be right. So my appointment was made by text and Will's response was prompt. On the day reserved, Will and his helper arrived right on time after texting me that he was on the way. He has everything he needs in his van, including water. After a short chat as an introduction to his service, Will and his helper got to work and in less than 2 hours presented me with a "LIKE NEW CAR". That amount of time may not seem to be adequate to some people for a full detail, except that I keep my BEEMER in top condition all the time. So, rest assured that Will would spend whatever time required to satisfy his clients. I found the price for my detail to be fair and well in line and perhaps a little less than the competition. Also very important is that Will is a friendly guy and easy to talk with. The bottom line in my review is that I would highly recommend Will (Fresh and Clean) for you detail work because he is honest, fair and dedicated to his profession. For a star rating, I would give Will 5 stars.

The first time they came by they did an amazing job! It took about 3 hours and the employee that helped me was super nice and did a great job. The polish used on the leather was a little greasy feeling afterward but it went away quickly. They did miss the wheel well but they had no problem coming back to help me with that. Overall a good experience :) it seems like there was a little miscommunication though, so I would recommend clearly communicating trouble spots and pointing them out in your car when the company arrives. During the detail, James sent several updates, which I initially appreciated. However, some of the comments felt unnecessary and unprofessional, including remarks about how the vehicle looked like it hadn't been detailed in ages. After the service was completed, I noticed several areas that had not been properly cleaned, including the cup holders and other small details that I would reasonably expect to be addressed during a professional detail. I sent a video pointing out the areas I noticed and expected a professional discussion about my concerns. Instead, I was told, "As filthy as this car was, don't nitpick me." As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to respectfully point out areas that may have been overlooked. Rather than addressing my concerns, James became defensive, accused me of disrespecting him, stated that he would tell people how disrespectful I was, and then told me not to contact him again. The issue is not that the car was dirty. The issue is how customer feedback was handled. Professional businesses understand that customers may have questions or concerns after a service is completed. Dismissing those concerns and speaking to customers in a rude and confrontational manner is unacceptable. While the vehicle did look better than before, the unprofessional communication and poor customer service completely overshadowed the experience.
