This was my first time going to this car wash, as I usually go to one in Alexandria or have a mobile detailer, but since a co-worker recommended for her car, which usually is clean as a whistle, figured i would give it a shot. So, went there Sat am , and though it was beautiful out, with no rain in the forecast, only 1 other car was in line. Tried not to think too much about it, because its a holiday weekend. Went there with the intent to get the RainX package which includes the clear coat wax, etc. for $27- very competitive compared to the place I go to in Alx, but the guy checking me in STRONGLY recommended the EXPRESS wax package saying it would be all in the one I'm looking for, plus more, and it being on sale for half-$39.95. Wasn't in the mood to push back and he insisted the guys would be more thorough- so I upgraded. Big mistake. Not even 15 mins later was my car done, but really not, as it still had bird droppings on it, streaks on the windows from a shoddy clean, and tires barely touched. The manager (possibly owner) came out and pointed to one of the workers to work further on the car, but i still had to tell the guy 2 additional times that he wasn't done. It is of note that while the guys were finishing up my car, paychecks/tips were being distributed so the focus was on that, vs the few customers' who had cars there. Finally, i decided to cut my losses and just trying to get the guy to do his job properly. So, perhaps, others MAY have better luck, similar to my co-worker, but my experience has left me with no desire to return. Key takeaways: #1 Questionable practices on the upselling, b/c who knows if there really was a difference in what was sold/applied, plus the time spent on the car definitely made me question the level of "detail" #2 the guy(s) doing the final cleanup may or may not do a good job. Shouldn't have to micro-manage/closely monitor a person to finish the cleaning process like that. #3 the guys definitely notice when you tip as they only acknowledged me after i did so in the tip bin, though I initially planned to tip whomever worked on my car and had the money in hand, as one of the guys who DIDN'T work on my car, but was standing by chatting, yelled out "Thanks" when i placed it in the bin. I just got the Carnuba Wax deal for 39.95 and the person said it was the best deal. They vacuumed the inside and didn't really do a good job. The two cup holders still had dirt inside. There was no deep rim cleaning and the tire shine was probably just water because my wheels stopped shining once I got home. The windows were thoroughly cleaned and the outside body was nice. I would just recommend cleaning your own car with good products. I only did this because it was cold outside. read more

Beware of rip-off. I made the mistake of purchasing their special "detailing" package, which turned out to be nothing more than a sloppy regular interior/exterior service. They wiped down some surfaces, not others; they vacuumed some areas, not others (such as between the seat and the console); they wiped some of the interior windows, but not all of them (including my back rear window). They did not touch the cargo area of my SUV. When I complained about that, I was told that vacuuming dog hair was not part of the service. They also never touched my wheels or rims. I paid $40 for a job I could done better in my own driveway with a handvac and some Armor All wipes, Windex and a paper towel. Save yourself the money, the time and the aggravation and avoid this place. read more

Have been going there for years. Recently took part in their free wax with $200 gift card promotion. Went back to purchase some car wash books with the gift card and was refused purchase. The terms and conditions on the promotion stated the gift card could be used for any services. Ive been getting books and waxes for years while paying for numerous add ons at each visit. So for $11 he lost a customer that has spent over $1000 in the last 3 years, and additional money that would have been spent in years to come. The washes have been a little above average depending on who does the wax. The inside generally needed me to do a once over once I got home but I usually let it slide. At the end of the day, I demanded my money back for the gift card and paid for the "free" wax in full and will never return. My fiance took my car here and the first person she talked to would not listen to her on which package she wanted and argued with her until she gave up and got a more expensive package. The next person she talked to was supposed to be vacuuming the car, he called her over and proceeded to look at her and lick his lips and try to hit on her so she went inside because she felt so uncomfortable. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. They didn't clean any of the inside windows. They used the same cloths used to wipe the tires to wipe the outside windows. I've been going here faithfully for about 4 years now. I knew this place had to be decent when I saw lines of cars backing up in the street to get in. I usually get the Rain-X package, which is approx. $27 and I always have a $6 coupon. They do a pretty good job of getting my soccer Mom SUV clean and if they miss a spot, I point it out and they clean/wipe it right away. There are plenty of workers so it moves quickly. They also give you a free air freshener for your car at checkout. A nice touch. read more

When I called the make an appointment, the manager (Javid, I believe) offered to have someone pick up my car from my job. How amazing! When I arrived to get my car after the service, I barely recognized it! I can tell they really take pride in their work, and it shows! I got the service because I plan on selling my car, but now I've fallen in love with it all over again, lol. Unless you sit and watch them. They will not do what you pay for. Price changes every time for a wax. They try to up sell you on a service that unless you watch the preform very poorly. I just moved back from Florida after a year and had my suburban washed for the first time since being in town and it was a disaster. Unfriendly greeter in the line calling himself a supervisor and the rollers broke that pull the vehicle through wash so they just drove it right through thinking I wouldn't notice my vehicle being driven through. My vehicle wasn't the only one. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. Will not return ever again. read more

Case in point my wife went here to get her car washed because the car was too dirty she was refused unless she paid $60.00 instead of the $11.95 to get a basic car wash. Guess I'll just wash my own car from now on. My car is just over a month old, so it's pretty clean, but this car washing sevice managed to leave the inside of my car less clean than when I pulled in. They left streakes and didn't clean the 1 tiny coffee stain I actually has on the console. They knocked off my dash cam and replaced it upside down and left lots of spots on the exterior. When they called me over to show me it was done it was far from finished I showed him that they were still dirt along the top side of it. They don't even bother to check to see if was done they just hope you're getting back in your car and leave. The rims were dirty and even the mats which I paid extra for were dirty. Poor management! I came to get a car wash 1/15/2017, I asked for the simple car wash package and that's what I paid for. When my car came out, the GM was yelling at an employee RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME (customer) because he accidentally hit the wrong button giving me the Deluxe Package. I felt bad for the guy because one, you NEVER confront an employee in front of a customer AND/OR another employee. Employees make mistakes all the time. When I gave them a tip in their "tip box", I later found out the GM keeps the tips and doesn't distribute it with the employees working. DO NOT TIP THEM!!! BOSS will keep all tips!! read more
