He was digging his tool in so hard nonstop (even after me saying it was hurting me) that he chipped my tooth! He barely explained what was going on and tried to walk me to another room for a filling right then. I was so confused and he said he didn't even have time to numb me. I had a horrible feeling so I said I didn't want him to work on it right then, and he just left the room without even saying goodbye or asking if I was ok. I was in extreme pain from the tooth having a big hole in it from what he did. it was the most bizarre and horrifying dental experience I've ever had.

The main issue is that the dentist does the cleanings (not a hygienist) and every time it was extremely rough to the point of me leaving with a mouth full of blood. I even told her it was hurting while she was cleaning but she just continued on anyway. It was so bad the last time that my teeth were extremely sensitive for a couple of weeks after. I've always had good experiences with hygienists and never was in pain or bleeding from those. On a positive note, the assistant Jess is very nice.

Dr commented verbally that i must be someone who needs more Novocaine. I assumed they would have made a note of that in my chart. For the second filling I was already very nervous about the procedure and it was obvious enough since i was shaking in the chair enough they they offered me a blanket-thanks but being chilly was not my main concern. They again failed to give me enough Novocaine. By this point i was a wreak in the chair while they attempted to give me more Novocaine. How did they not make sure this didn't happen again?!!! I had tears streaming down my face, my whole body was shaking, hands had a death grip on the arm rest. How anyone could not tell i was in serious distress is beyond me. no suggestion of any other way to address my fear. No laughing gas, not even taking the time to stop what they were doing to see how i could be helped. I practically jumped out of the chair as soon as it was over with the silent vow to never ever return. I've been terrified to even get a cleaning since then. I say all this because the website indicates that they provide support and aid to those with dental fears. They don't. You get a musty blanket and headphones to listen to music. If you have any kind of dental anxiety this is not the place for you.

He was among the first dentist to master and use the wand to administer septocain to numb pain. If you have not experienced the wand, it is virtually painless because the needle is so small. Anyone with a fear of getting numbed up should visit Dr. Willderman. He and his wonderful staff are very calming and the dental work, including cosmetic dentistry is first rate. It is no wonder that he is named among the top dentists in the Philadelphia region.

The office staff and team in the office is so nice and accommodating to anything you need. Dr. Sara is such a delight and I have never seen a dentist go above and beyond for his patients the way she does. She always make sure you are comfortable, satisfied, and fully informed during the entire process of any procedure or cleaning. I've had many cavities and even a root canal performed at the office and even those normally bother some procedures were tolerable and easy at her office. I've been going there for years and before are used to be deathly afraid of the dentist but I have to say ever since going to Dr. Sara I have not been afraid of the dentist anymore.

I decided to also come here and get a cleaning and a full set of of x-rays. I checked in and filled out paperwork with Marilyn, who was very nice. She researched my insurance and let me know ahead of time the cost. Chis was my hygienist and she spent a good amount of time taking panoramic x-rays and really cleaning my teeth. Chris was very upbeat, cheery and pleasant. She was very conscious to check with me to make sure I wasn't experiencing any pain. Once she was done Dr. Parnika Bhatag came in examined my teeth and gave me a plan to get back on track. Dr. Bhatag was very professional, along with her entire staff. The office itself was very neat clean and comfortable. Soft Care Dental is located in downtown Warren in the strip mall near Alfie's Restaurant. There is plenty of free parking. Soft Care Dental also has evening hours during the week. You can book your appointments online, or call like I did. Me personally, I always double check my appointments. Lori was my dental hygienist, and she explained everything in a way that was informative, but didn't make me feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. She approached it in a way I that was friendly and caring, so that I could possibly consider a few things for future, such as a mouthguard or Invisalign for my bottom teeth. She gave me the "comforting mom" experience, which was very sweet, because I'm a grown woman who is a big baby at the dentist (specifically needles in my gums for cavities!) Then came Dr. Nguyen. He couldn't have been more adorable if he tried. He was very friendly and genuine, which is a testament to his practice because EVERYONE in that whole building was friendly.
