I am a general contractor and have used Precision Decisions to provide structural load calculations, designing structural repairs and to provide custom metal fabrication for at least 10 years. I recently used Chris Vreeland, PE of Precision Decisions LLC for engineering calculations for an existing 1950's Cape style house, unfinished upstairs reno project with 2 new bedrooms and a new bathroom going in. There were multiple engineering challenges to overcome, and I could not be happier with my experience with Precision Decisions. Chris made himself available quickly for a site visit, was extremely knowledgable and flexible with my needs, and gave very detailed instructions on how to execute the structural installation. His patience and willingness to answer all my questions as a frequent do-it-yourself homeowner was very much appreciated, despite the fact that I do have a contractor hired for this project.
