My gauge said I had 24 miles left but after being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on 42 my car started to sputtered. I pulled off the highway and afraid I would not make it to a gas station I pulled into Bert's. They were so polite and kind and happy to help me. They took time from their busy day, gave me a gallon of gas and directions to the closest station. They refused to take any money and said something to the effect of we are just doing the right thing.... That's what we are about here. They won my auto body business in the future. I interacted with 3 people - all 3 so kind and helpful to a stranger off the street. What could have been one of my worst days turned into one of my best.

But even worse, when the guy I hired to tow my car away arrived, MV Auto Care charged me an additional $50 to drag the car 30 feet from their lot to the driveway, so my guy could tow it from there. How ridiculous, petty and sketchy as a business practice. They looked for every opportunity to rip me off. I hope my bad experience convinces at least a few people NOT to do business with this place.

He suggested Motortrans instantly. Called the shop, spoke to Sean and arranged a tow from the dealer (who stalled).
