I just sent my Sony A7R V, Sony FE 2.8/16-35 GM II lens and Sony FE 4.5-5.6/100-400 GM OSS100-4 lens back to Sony for service. This is fairly new high end gear. They did a beautiful job. Everything came back looking just like it came out of the box when I purchased these items. The folks at Precision were very good about communication. I knew every step of the way what was happening by way of their emails and phone calls. They also checked all of my equipment for any software upgrades that might have been available. Turn around was very quick. From my experience I would highly recommend Precision Camera for your service needs. read more

To start off, my camera was in warranty BUT the part that needed to be repaired was out of warranty which is stupid but it is what is. Fine. I cracked my LCD screen on a trip (which was my fault, I admit) and sent an inquiry to Sony Customer Service and they directed me to Precision Camera. I packed my camera in it's original box and packed that box in another box to ensure the most secure travel and shipped it out the same day. After I shipped it, I explained to them via email the situation and they responded that it was out of warranty and they could still repair it for a fee or send it back. I asked them to send it back. I few days later I get an invoice of $700+ dollars for the repair to which I declined and again asked them to send it back. They sent ANOTHER invoice for nearly $100 for return shipping and a diagnostic fee. On top of that, they didn't even ship it back with the original box. ...are you joking? They literally charged for the privilege of looking at my camera and telling me what I already know. Do yourself a favor. If you have an iota of skill with your hands and can look up videos on YouTube, repair this yourself or go to someone locally. NOT. WORTH. IT. read more

After telling me originally the repair would be 7-10 days, FOR 10 WEEKS I'D GET THE (BELOW) SAME WEEKLY EMAIL TELLING ME PARTS WERE DELAYED AND IT 1-2 WEEKS MORE. "We wanted to provide you an update on your repair status. Parts to complete your repair are currently on backorder. Once received in our facility we will process and work to diligently finish your repair. Many parts are currently taking 1-2 weeks to arrive, creating a delay in completing the repair. Should the parts arrival extend beyond two weeks we will contact you again to update repair status." I sent it in in June and got it back in the middle of September. Precision Camera is the only authorized repair for Sony cameras. I had an issue with a Sony A1 sensor which had dirt on it that I could not clean with the built in sensor cleaning function. I called to tell them that I was leaving for an international trip. They upgraded the return shipping to one day at no extra cost. Customer service answered on one ring when I called about it. I see some negative comments about the pricing. The pricing is upfront on their website by model number. If you think the camera is not worth repairing you can look at the price before sending it in. Sony A7 was shot. Since still under warranty, I sent to Precision Camera for repair. Immediately able to track location and status during repair. I called on Tuesday and left a message indicating that I needed camera back within 5 business days since in time for filming on location in Europe. Barbara called me on Wednesday to let me know they received. She then called me twice on Saturday to let me know it had been repaired and would be shipped out later that day. Sony uses this place for warranty repairs. I sent an expensive AX100 in for repair and I was provided no communication about the shipment. I call and find out that they shipped it two weeks prior to my phone call without a signature requirement. Because of this the camera was stolen from my doorstep, since Fed Ex reports that it was delivered to the doorstep. They haven't bothered correcting the issue at all. They are trying to avoid being responsible. The lady answering the phone seemed nice and as if she knows the place of business is horrible. They still are trying to get out of giving compensation though. I called Sony regarding the issue and now they have to do an investigation. read more

After thousands of dollars and countless hours buying a new Sony camera and lenses I soon after started noticing issues with the body with power and focusing and the functions turning off and on randomly and rapid temperature increase I tested with new batteries and chargers as well as checked updates even reset the camera but nothing worked so I had local repair guy look at it and he confirmed it was defective and to file a warranty claim to have it repaired so I contacted Sony and they troubleshooted it and agreed it was a manufacturer defect and to send it in for repair so I did the next day and they received jt a few days later by precision camera repair and signed for by an employee after a few days I didn't see any update on the repair and I was told a week time for the repair so I called on the 7th day and was told that they had to look for it because they couldn't find it I was later contacted by a gentleman who said my camera is lost and they don't know what happened to it they were very rude and for people who lost my camera were not apologetic or willing to replace it instead they made me jump through hoops I.E. filing a police report and sending it to them and finding original paperwork and P.O.P and after sending it to them I was told to wait to be contacted by them after that not happening I contacted them I was pretty much told to deal with it myself and was on my own to find my camera and what happened to it when it was their responsibility to keep track of it and should have replaced it if they lost it like stated in the warranty paperwork read more

Warning: Horrible Customer Service for Pentax / Ricoh repair customers. Just wanted to post this warning before you spend your hard earned money. You'd be wise to never buy any Pentax or Ricoh products like I did. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. Ricoh and Pentax share a customer service / repair system, and Precision Camera is their repair center. I bought a pair of 12x50 PCF WP II binos. The aluminum connector on the left eyepiece broke, such that it would not focus. My extensive online research revealed only two possible places for repairs in the USA: Denver Pentax customer service / repair center, and Precision Camera in Enfield, CT. Further research revealed that the Denver center had been shut down (yet its presence not removed from the web; was indicating it was a going concern). So that left only one option, Precision Camera. I sent it to them (their website did NOT - repeat did NOT - tell me to call first to get a R.A. number - it just said mail the item in; so I did). Well, they flat out refused to do the repairs, even though they admitted they had the parts, and even though I stood ready, willing, and able to pay ANY amount necessary for their repairs and return shipping - only reason they refused to do anything was simply because I did not have my original receipt (who keeps those?). Regardless, receipt or not, I'm willing to PAY for the repairs, so.... what gives? Went round and round on the phone; multiple phone calls; well over an hour, probably 2 hours. They started a problem ticket there at Precision, and started a problem ticket at Pentax as well. NO ONE from either outfit EVER contacted me back as promised, to resolve the open problem tickets. Two months later, they shipped them back untouched with the phrase "RETURNING UNREPAIRED" in the box called "Explanation of Repairs". No other explanation. PCR Tag #4721329. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard in my life, that they won't let you PAY for the repairs you need - they admitted to me on the phone that there was no other possible authorized repair center for Pentax. Just ridiculously bad customer service. Does anyone know some outfit who might have parts for this bino? Or know how to completely remove the left side so that I can use the good side as a monocular? I had my Sony 200-600 G lens repaired by Precision under Sony's extended warranty. To be honest, I was apprehensive about sending the lens in after reading a bunch of negative reviews. However, Sony has chosen them as the repair facility for warranty work so I sent it off and crossed my fingers. The lens was repaired and back to me within 2 weeks. The website progress tracker was up to date and accurate and, as far as I can tell, the lens works perfectly. That was my experience with Precision. read more

They seem to have fixed the problem with my lens, which was the seal coming off the back. However, the cost was very high (about $700) and they returned the lens with my (expensive) UV filter smashed and in a baggie. Maybe I shouldn't have included a UV filter, but in 40 years of photography I've never once broken a UV filter, so I guess I assumed Sony's repair center could make a repair without breaking one. It also makes me nervous to ship a lens without a UV for protection. But lesson learned - they somehow obliterated it (was in such bad shape it makes me think it was done out of anger by a technician). Will have to look for an alternative repair service provider next time, although I'm not sure if there is one. read more

I have been in the camera and photo business for 21 years. I have used Precision Camera for repairs for the last 10 years. Over the past couple of years we have seen a steady decline in service and quality. Recently we logged a repair through their repair portal and sent the Nikon lens to them for repair. After 45 days with no response we started to check status. After leaving voice message and email, NO response. Then we called and talked to someone, "we can repair that lens". We will ship it back. Now after another 45 days we still don't have our lens. Excuses, delays, excuses, apologies, more excuses. I highly recommend you DO NOT SEND ANYTHING to them for repair. My 16-35 Sony GM Lens autofocus crapped out on me after having it for little over 2 months. Luckily it was still under manufacturer warranty and I was able to send it back. I was instructed by Sony to send the lens to Precision Camera, which I did. It wasn't until after I sent it that I saw all the negative reviews here which had me worried. It took them only a week to order new parts and repair my lens back to working order. They also sent the lens back using FedEx 2 day shipping. Once I got it this morning, I was able to test out the lens and have to say that I couldn't be more happy with my repaired lens! I gotta say is that give these guys a chance. This is the worst place on planet earth that you can possibly send your camera for repair. You'll have better luck getting your cat to repair your camera for you than these people. Their MO seems to be telling customers that their camera is not repairable and then trying to sell customer a similar but refurbished camera. So they'll keep your camera, fix it at little cost to them, then sell it to someone else for much more than the cost of the repair. I'm not kidding. I made a purchase of the Sony A7R3 on Feb. 5th 2018. Im in love with it. I also purchased the Sony A73 on May 11th 2018. That's how much I love the cameras. So I've discovered my Sony A7R3 LCD being damage (NOT the screen or glass). I don't know how. On June 7th. I was scheduled to film a radio show. I pulled my camera out of my Pelican Case. Set everything up and was ready to shoot. I turn my camera on and I see a crack. At first i thought it was the glass crack with LCD cracked as well. But when i turnt the camera off the glass/screen is not cracked all. I have never dropped or banged my camera. I take very good care of my equipment. So i was still able to film what i needed via. External HDMI out to Atomos Ninja Flame recorded. I did hours of research on repairs, and found out the only company i can go through is Precision Cameras because im still in Warranty with my camera. So I was scared to send my camera there ONLY because of the REVIEWS I've seen through the internet, but I seen 2 good reviews and I took a chance. But one review is where Precision Camera damaged the camera more than what it was to void warranty. Now that is what i was scared of. Fast forward, I shipped my camera out to them, they received it on June 12th and I didn't hear anything back from for 3days and i called them on the 3rd day. When I called on the 1st day just check if they received it (that's how much im over protective of my equipment). I was told the 1st day someone would reach out to me by the end of the day, but I NEVER got an email or call. The 3rd day I called, they (Lady name Stacy) told me 2 things. 1: My warranty was voided because my camera LCD was damage to camera "being drop" and they seen "little nicks" around the camera. I was told it has to be physical damage around the camera (because on my situation for my warranty to be voided). In the email i've attached pictures of my camera minutes before shipping it through FEDEX. I did this to cover myself just incase something like this would happen. If you look at my pictures you will not see any physical damage to the outer layer of my camera, to determine if the camera was dropped. There is 1 picture where the camera is turn on to show where the LCD is damaged. The pictures without the camera turn on is to show theres no physical outer layer damage to the camera, it's internal. 2: Now for a second time, I was told again someone would reach out to me by the end of today June 14th. And they will send me Pictures of my camera. I received an email but with NO PICTURES. Let alone Precision Camera is a 3hrs difference, so i got the email at 4:44pm my time WITH NO PICTURES to show me the damage and by it being after hours I can not call them back to get my pictures. They say they can't repair/exchange it but also didn't give me a quote on how much it would be to repair it (because it is repairable they don't want to fix it). But on my end in the email i attached pictures and my copy of purchase to Sony. I would like to and hopefully get this situation fixed or a better understanding of why my warranty would be voided (Physical Damage). Then if I don't receive my email, phone call and pictures from Precision Cameras, I will be forced to go the Small Claims Court and take this situation to the next level. With 80% of bad reviews surfacing on the internet, Sony needs to take actions to some of the responds given about a company (Precision Cameras) that represent them (Sony). I dont have a problem giving or selling my cameras and going back to CANON (which i was with since 2011 to 2018). Precision Camera was a company that I used from the time I brought my Sony Alpha 350, this was the company they used for warranties. Since I never had any problems with them I sent my camera there to be cleaned even after the warranty was done. I recently sent my camera in for cleaning because I was going on a trip to Dubai on March 8, 2020. I sent the camera in about 3 weeks prior to the date of the trip and was promised that I would get it back in time and I did. When the camera came back ( it was quick) as soon as I took it out of the box, I said to myself this isn't my camera, something didn't look right about it, then I noticed the lens wasn't my lens and they sent it back with a hood on the lens. I don't own a hood, in addition when I turned the camera on the first thing I noticed is that it looked like the viewfinder screen was cracked and mine wasn't so after further investigation it seemed that maybe it was from the inside whatever makes up the colors on the screen seem to have made streaks across the screen. I called them right away and told them what the problem was with the screen because after taking about 5 photos the screen went black. If I took another picture, I wasn't able to see it. I spoke to one of the women that worked there which all the women were very nice each time I called. I explained to her about the screen and that I didn't think this was my camera because I never had a hood on the lens and that lens looks completely different from mine. According to them when I sent it in I sent a hood, no, I told her that I wrote on the paper that a cap came with the camera and I never ever purchased a hood. After sending the camera back I did inform them that I was going to Dubai (which they were told that the first time the camera was sent in) and the date and I was promised that I would have the camera back by the date. They held on to that camera until Thursday, March 5, 2020, and sent it out around 4 pm by Fed EX who is the absolute worst delivery company and I stated that in an email sent back to them when I saw they sent it by Fed Ex. Needless to say, the camera according to Fed-Ex tracking wasn't going to be delivered until March 9, 2020, a day after I left for Dubai. When I returned back home 8 days later, I opened the camera and low and behold I have the right lens and my cap, now how did that happen? Meanwhile, they kept telling me that I sent it in with a hood, I knew it wasn't mine. I had to go out and purchase another camera and buy 2 Scandisk at 45.00 each at CVS. I was so annoyed because I have 4 ScanDisk for my camera and 2 batteries. The new camera only had one battery and a small size ScanDisk. After reaching back out to this company again, I was told that they would speak to mgmt and it might take 2 to 3 days before they get back to me, no problem, it took a whole week and that's because I emailed them as to why I never heard back from them? I did receive a call from Barbara who's very nice with of course disappointing news. I never expect them to give me the money for a new camera but give a damn at least. She told me that mgmt said they can't do anything about it Fed Ex delivery and they have no control. I told her that I sent that camera in 3 weeks before my flight, and it was sent back with a problem and not my lens or cap, the second time it took them forever to send it back and one of the ladies I spoke to after calling again told me they normally send it back right away if the camera was returned. So here's to mgmt who don't seem to give a crap that I had to run out and purchase a camera unnecessarily and rather blame Fed Ex for the delivery when their company sent it out at the last minute on a Thursday knowing It would be impossible for me to get it by Friday. Also for sending back my camera with the incorrect lens and hood and possibly someone else camera that looks like mine. I rather they own up to their mistake in sending the wrong camera, to begin with, but once again they don't have to worry about my business. My suggestion is to always take a picture of what you send to be repaired and anything you need to send to them as far as what needs to be done and take a pic of the serial number and your lens, the whole camera this way you can show them their mistakes since they don't give a damn. I did ask for mgmt to call me and she said she would relay the message but not promising anything, do I expect a callback, of course not, but they will never get my business again and I will report them on the BBB, They're located in Connecticut. read more

I was really worried I wouldn't get my camera back in time for my camping trip, but that just was not the case. Great turnaround and great customer service. I paid for the repair over the phone instead of by email to ensure a quicker repair time. I love how you can check the status of your camera with a tag code online. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it did take a few times to get in touch with someone in customer service. read more

Sony told me to ship my brand new lens after the lens mount detached. Precision sent a report that the camera was damaged by "impact." it wasn't. Sony voided my warranty, and told me to contact Precision if I had a problem with that. Precision doesn't answer their phone or respond to voice mails and emails. One star is too generous. read more

I only WISH*** that I could post a 0 star review for this joke of a company, but 1 star is required even though I genuinely mean a 0 out of 5. My issue started back in January of this year when my 16-35 f2.8 G-Master lens began to show signs of a manufacturer defect. Thankfully, there was a recall addressing the issue. Sony informed me that I would need to send my lens off to precision camera in Connecticut and that I would be back up in running in probably two weeks. I was relieved to hear that I wouldn't be long without one of my arguably most used lenses. Fast forward to receiving my lens two and a half weeks later, I open the box and unwrap the bubble wrap to find another box. Within this box is a liberally bubble wrapped lens. This was nice to see on top of the shipping boxes both being in immaculate condition. However, my lens' filter thread was bent from being dropped. Precision camera had dropped my lens and sent it back to me damaged. I immediately call Sony and set up another work order. I send the lens back, and go a month without seeing it. I finally receive it back mid-march and do a couple of client projects that require this lens. Upon editing the photos and videos for the clients, I discover that the image is extremely defocused. The lens cant produce a good image to save my life, completely different from what it produced during its past three years under my ownership. I contacted Sony once again, but this time I was placed in the hands of National Public Relations Team. I was told that the lens would be evaluated and repaired promptly and that if I still experienced any issues, that a new lens would be issued to me. I reluctantly sent it back to them and have been in contact with Sony's national public relations team ever since. I still do not have my lens back, and Sony has still not issued a new lens. As a working professional being a full time free-lancer, trust me when I say this: DO NOT SEND YOUR GEAR TO PRECISION CAMERA. This company is an absolute joke. They have a two star rating for a reason, they will not return your calls, and they are not BBB accredited. How Sony can even have such a horrible company handling their customer retention is beyond me. If anyone had a good experience with precision, they're either writing a fake review or just had insanely good luck. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this company with your equipment. read more

I was really scared to send my camera here after reading all the bad reviews. But I did it because I needed a warranty repair from Sony and this is their shop of choice. I called Sony. Sony sent me packing instructions and a prepaid FedEx label to send my a6000 to Precision Camera Repair. I sent the camera off on Friday. Precision received it Tuesday at 9am. They repaired it, and it was on the way back to me by 5pm the same day. I got it back on Thursday and it's working again (they replaced the shutter mechanism and cleaned it). I shipped my a7RIV to Precision Camera (as per Sony's instructions) to have one of the SD card slot locking mechanisms repaired (card wouldn't stay locked in). They fixed it in 3 short days and shipped it back to me. All is well with the repair - the SD card slot now works as expected. The only minor hiccup was them shipping the body back without the battery, but after one pleasant phone call with them they located it and shipped it back (they even charged it to 100% for me). All in all, a very painless process. I see they get a lot of terrible reviews so I figured I'd write this so people see positive experiences do happen with them. I don't know that I would've sent my camera to them had I read the reviews first, but now that I've had this experience, I wouldn't hesitate. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Precision Camera. My camera kit took a tumble a few weeks ago, and unfortunately (or fortunate because it saved the camera body) the Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 G Master took the brunt of the fall. Internally it seems okay but the outside shell definitely needed to be replaced. Found out on the Sony website that Precision Camera was the only authorized repair facility, so off to them it went. Fast forward two weeks and I got the lens back fully repaired and all functions check out. Instead of having to shell out full price for a new unit, Precision Camera repaired the lens for a third of the cost. I'm completely satisfied. read more

I sent my camera in for repairs after it started shooting dark photos. The camera arrived on 8-22-23, but wasn't looked at until 3 weeks later. I kept checking their website to see what the status was and only saw that it was waiting for an estimate. Then, last Tuesday, I saw that the camera was unrepairable & was being returned to me. I called and spoke to someone who advised me that there was water damage to the camera. I asked for photos as I didn't get the camera wet at any time. I received an email from the supervisor telling me that they have requested photos and are waiting for them to come in regarding the fluid damage. I asked for photos of the box and the bubble wrap that was sent in with the camera. I was advised that there was no damage reported so they didn't keep the box. I still have not received the photos of my camera, nor have they started the return for sending my camera back. Their site says that they are awaiting payment, contact them, for a camera that they can't repair, one that mysteriously got damaged while sitting at their facility for 3 weeks. I am forced to buy a new camera because of this mysterious liquid damage, which isn't fair to me. If I could give Precision Camera zero stars, it wouldn't be a low enough rating. At the request of Sony, I sent my A7S in to Precision Camera for repairs. Precision refused to repair my camera and Mia, one of their managers, told me to sell it on eBay for parts. So unprofessional. Sony had me send my camera again and Precision refused to repair it a second time. When I got it back, my camera was completely broken and unusable except for a flashing error message which wouldn't quit unless I took the battery out. Sony had me send it in a third time and AGAIN, Precision refused to repair or replace it even after they bricked my $3,000 camera body. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive paper weight. As a professional, I've used Canon DSLR cameras for over a decade and Canon's in-house service department has been great. They're efficient, professional and geared towards providing good customer service. Sony has chosen to farm out their service to a 3rd party company in order to squeeze out quarterly profits on the backs of hardworking photographers. Unacceptable! Wikipedia states, "Precision Camera persistently receives low average grades on consumer rating sites such as Yelp and Google. It is criticized for slow repair times and unresponsive customer service." Precision Camera sucks so bad, they should go into the vacuum business. Sony and Precision, you have my contact information. I sent a Sony A7 series camera in for repair under warranty and it was out of repair and shipped to me within two days! They then mail it two you with two day shipping. They have a really nice system that lets you check where it is in the process. read more

Amateur and imprecise service. Had a focusing problem with a new Sony zoom lens. Sent it in for repair under warranty. Took *forever* (well beyond Sony's commitment to between 10 and 14 business days), and when it came back it didn't focus at all. Yikes! Sent it in a second time, and it came back focusing well *most* of the time, but every so often it wouldn't focus at all. Raised hell with inept Sony service manager, who finally buckled and sent me a new lens. Now, two or three weeks later, Precision sends me an invoice for $75. For what I don't know, but am dealing with them for the third time and the Sony guy for the umpteenth time. Love Sony overall, but this has been a huge disappointment, exacerbated by the folks at the ironically named Precision Camera. read more

Update: SIX WEEKS without my camera. Down to one star. Sony really needs to address their lack of choice for camera repairs in the US. --- I'm really conflicted about Precision Camera. They received my Sony a6300 for repair on Sept 1. It's now been four weeks and it's still showing that they're waiting for a part. This is the ONLY approved repair facility in the entire US for Sony cameras, and they don't have parts? They never reached out to me apart from the original "we received your camera". However, I've sent in two emails asking for status and both times received a call from a live person within an hour explaining the situation that parts for the a6300 are on backlog from Sony and they provided revised date estimates each time. So at this point I"m not sure if the problem lies with Sony or Precision. I'll update this review when I get my camera back. read more

DO NOT USE PRECISION CAMERA FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! I purchased a Sony A9 DSLR Camera back in 2018. I have loved using this camera but noticed that the MI Hot Shoe interface was coming unnervingly lose. After some research online I found a bulletin posted by Sony saying a serial number range cameras for the A9 had manufacture defects with the MI Hot Shoe and would replace it at no cost to the customer. My A9 fell smack dab in the center of the SN range. I contacted Sony and was quickly told yes my camera indeed falls in that defect and would be repaired at no cost to me. They gave me the instructions for shipping the camera out for repair. I finished the work I needed my camera for and packed it up and sent it out. After 2 weeks of nothing from Precision Camera,(trying to be understanding due to covid) I finally get a quote for my repair. I open it to find a $1016.40 quote! I quickly call precision camera to clear up that Sony said they were clearing the MI Hot Shoe as a warranty. I also asked what these other abbreviations are. The lady was nice and said she would clear this up with Sony and figure out what the other repair codes are. Since it was close to the end of the day, she said it could take up to 24 hours. 48 hours max to get this all sorted out. I said that is fine. 6 days later... I received a call from Precision Camera. They say that Sony is going to cover the cost of the MI Hot Shoe. I said ok. Now what do these other codes mean. She tells me that the Image Sensor is damaged, and non responsive, and the Main Flex Board w/ CPU is malfunctioning. I borderline hit the floor. I explained to her that the days leading up to shipping the camera out I did several shoots, took close to 3800 photos, filling 2 128GB Sony SD cards. She tells me that when testing the camera during their evaluation, that the camera cannot read or write to either of the SD card slots. Now I know my camera was in perfect working condition, other then the loose MI Hot Shoe. I explained that as much as I think Fedex is a bunch of f**k ups, that short of running the camera over with a truck, their standard lack of care could not damage the camera, as I had that sucker tightly packed with close to 6" of bubble wrap on each of the 6 sides of the camera. That if there was problems with the camera, that it happened there, during their testing and teardown. I told her I would hope that they would own up to their mistakes, but she insures me that I have no clue what I am talking about and that I sent in a 100% broken camera. I asked her for an updated itemized quote, as the one they had sent me is just the total for all repairs. I am told that the quote I have is accurate. The one where I pay for the repair of the shoe. I again say I would like an itemized quote, as she cannot answer how much each item is for the cost of the repair, and she explains that they do not give out itemized quotes. That I am to trust them. No you have lost my trust the moment you tell me my camera is extremely broken and that you will not own up to your mistakes. I am going on the 4th week of this mess. 4 weeks of not having my main camera, and being told I'm an idiot for not knowing it was broken. I requested to speak with a manager, that was on 9/29/2020. She told me that it could be 24 hours before hearing back. It is now 10/2/2020. No word back. This has to be one of the most dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and outright rude companies I have ever had to deal with. And I had to deal with a Chevrolet dealer blowing up my engine computer cause their tech was messing around with something he shouldn't have been. I am getting Sony involved as this is their repair facility choice. If they cannot get this solved I will be taking Precision Camera to Small Claims Court. read more
